I’ve had a fantastic experience with the Lena Cup. It’s comfortable, easy to use, and has been reliable from day one. The quality is excellent, and it’s made such a positive difference compared to other products I’ve tried.

I've had my cup 6+ years now and other than some discoloration it's still going strong.
I love my cup and I truly think that it's one of these things that are life changing!
On the first day I have a heavier flow, so I have to empty it every 2 hours, but for the rest of my period my cup gives me peace of mind and comfort.
I first got my cup while I was a student so I was a bit hesitant to give it a try given the price tag. While testing it out and trying to figure how it works, the Lena team were very supportive and amazing and even sent me a different size to try.

I'd only recommend they make a dark solid color that can hide the stains. Also if there was an XL version I'd be first in line!

Menstrual cups freaked me out... then I tried Lena. The cup is comfortable, well made, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I love that they have several different colors to choose from at reasonable prices saving me tons of money on period products over the years. Their customer support is amazing—super friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful without making an uncomfortable topic awkward.

I never recieved my package. Would not recommend anyone shopping here

I 1st had an OrganiCup and because I was looking for something with a longer stam, I saw everybody recommended this cup as most suitable for beginners. Well, the silicone it's stiffer than OrganiCup, which makes it easier to insert (and pop up) but also more painful to remove, because of that. I think I will continue to use it, as it's easier to find because of the longer stam, but I would rather have the stiffness van OrganiCup combined with a longer stam.
Overal I'm very happy with it. Never felt my periods less than now.
