Undisclosed fees, no communication after when you ask for documents. I complained to AFCA to interfere and stop them from dodgy practices. Do not trust them.
If you have being lied to about their hidden fees and undisclosed, I strongly advice you to contact AFCA and report to ASIC.

Chez, at the Bathurst office was great! She found us a great interest rate and made the whole experience easy. Highly recommended.
