I’ve had a great experience with Lendco. I enjoy that I can use the VAS panel, and Ben has been really helpful and responsive. Their marketing has also, provided timely product updates in a volatile market.

Speed of completion
The client required a quick turnaround to exit a development bridge. LendCo had a special offer rate that appealed and the underwriting team were on habd to answer any questions and quick to see the case to completion, Thank you
