Paid for a grass trimmer/edging tool. No delivery, no communication. 😡

Ordered a garden cutter for lawn but was sent a cool towel and as others on here have said they said wrong item despatched and offered me 40% refund if I sent back which would cost £16 then 50% back luckily credit card found in my favour after 3 months and nearly 30 emails to them, I know now to look on trust pilot to check a firm out. Lendleo are total scammers

Scammers, bought from Facebook, no goods or refund, just lots of excuses

Ordered a suitcase advertised on Facebook. Just seen that it’s been delivered and the courier photo shows it being put through the letterbox. Scammed. Luckily Paid for on Credit Card so should be insured. Facebook need to clamp down on these companies.

I ordered a lawn trimmer at £40 and received a cold towel (available on other sites for £1.99). Was told it had been sent in error by their shipping company and if I wanted a refund I must send in back (£16.10) or if I wanted to keep it they would refund 40% of my original payment. Later upped to 50%. I have returned it so watch this space! I rec'd email 17/08 thanking me for returning MY package and promising a full refund within 7 days. Now 12 days and nothing so far!

If i could give 0 stars i would nothing but SCAMMERS FACE BOOK need get their act together allowing all these scammers on their site not good enough they dont do anything.

I ordered a garden trimmer and received a cool towel worth 5 dollars . Said they sent the wrong item and if I returned it to China at a cost of £16 to myself they would resend the correct item or refund the money. If I didn’t send the cool towel back they suggested I give it to someone else and they would give me back 40% of the original money I paid, it then went to 50% this is still ongoing.
Do not order anything from this company, it is a scam.

I have ordered a garden trimmer and paid £40. received what I think is a duster. After various emails I was offered 49% then 50% then 55% if I sent the wrong item back at my cost to china. Still ongoing and reporting to trading standards (i have had this happen to me before but thought this company was legitimate. I'll know next time)

I ordered and paid £40 for a garden strimmer. Waited weeks for delivery then received a cheap scarf in the post. I contacted the Company and was told they sent the scarf by mistake. They requested I return the scarf to China at my own expense and offered a 50% refund on the strimmer. Disgusting Scammers!

Ordered a 'lawn cutter' what arrived was a 'shopping bag'. After complaining they said it had been shipped by mistake and that they wanted ME to return bag BEFORE they would either send me what I ordered OR give me a refund. The price of the bag is £3.68 and the postage back to China is more. This is still ongoing.....
