Real people not just about money making.
I needed a loan to pay an unexpected excess for student fees. This was sorted out quickly and easily. In the end the university backed down and reduced the fees to the original level meaning I didnât need the loan. The staff member I spoke to when I cancelled the loan was genuinely happy for me when I told him that I would not be needed the loan after all. Everyone in the company was great really about helping rather than just wanting to make money.

Great rates, great service
Great rates, very supportive team and easy to sign up process. Only reason it is not a five-star (in my opinion) is because while prepayments are allowed, in my case I wanted my monthly spend to remain constant at a value x above the original payment schedule, and what happens is that every time I make a payment above the expected monthly amount, my outstanding balance gets recalculated, the monthly direct debit amount for the next month gets reduced and I need to run a parallel calculation to adjust my overpayment so that the total payment remains constant. It's just too much work...
