The sizing of this item was significantly misrepresented on the website, which led me to try to return. I could not return via the company’s website because the return process was not working correctly. Their customer service person simply instructed me to return the package to Australia, without including the info necessary for US Customs. Assuming they are able to get me the required, return shipping is going to cost at least $50. It’s just not worth it. This is merchandise that is Wal-Mart or Target quality at best. Don’t bother.

Clothing was covered in bodily fluid splatter on the inside. I discovered it after trying it on and am very grossed out. Major health risk, I can’t wear it or resell it. In addition the thread for embroidery is industrial strength mixed with metal fibres, it scratches the skin. The clothing was also sown very poorly and was a different colour to the advertisement. Emailed Lenni the photos of the stained clothing, they ignored my emails asking for help.

I’ve wanted one of the dusters for years and they finally went on sale (still >$100 each!) so I bought 2 because I didn’t know how the blue would look with black for a wedding. Black was only in M so I got that plus blue in L. The sleeve cuffs are amazing and the style is great but the execution and material is so bad. It’s about $30 worth of poorly moveable material and it just isn’t cut right at all. On my blue one the whole right length just curls up and inwards because the material is so light. It should be sewn into a heavier, softer material to meet the quality standard. The cut across the front drapes is poor too, meaning the shoulders just slide off on both sizes. The shoulder seams seem in the wrong place for both sizes unless you’re a size 6 and it can swim on you. Overall just super disappointed for something I’ve wanted for so long and it was such a letdown. Especially knowing it’s not just one, but TWO of the same product not even meeting a basic mark. Really disappointed 😢.

I was beyond delighted with my first beautiful garment. The piece was chosen for a very special occasion & I was overwhelmed with the genuine complements I received from all ages of women the entire day. The gorgeous dress held such a special energy, felt stunning on the skin & body & the details of the design was exquisite. This is the type of garment that would be special to hand down to another generation. It was such a pleasure to experience this stunning label.

I have bought so many items from this label & the product is so head turning & showstopping i end up buying the same suits in all the different colours available & as soon as they drop. Yes, the pants do need a lining but when an outfit has this much SWAGGER who cares. We have a preloved clothing store & we cant get out hands on enough of LENNI THE LABEL as the sell through rate is that high.The reviews under this very much sound like customers who HAVE WORN THE PRODUCT & REMOVED THE TAG and you honestly don't think the label isn't aware of this fact. Also, what company/brand/label in the world redunds sale items. NOONE!

Ps. I also purchased items from Lenni via Afterpay & when I received the items (very quickly I might add) the sizing was wrong. I immediately bought the same items in a smaller size (as I was worried these rockstar items would sell out (because they do) via my savings account & then learnt Lennis refund policy. When I contacted Lenni & explained my situation they happily & immediately refunded me. This was probably due to the fact I had a creditable story & wasn't TRYING TO SCAM A COMPANY BY HAVING A HISSY FIT WHEN I DONT GET WHAT I WANT. FOOD FOR THOUGHT GIRLS

This place does send clothes but their return policy and customer service is non existent. As soon as I received 2 different orders, when i tried to send some things back that were in the window from time or receiving and not marked down prices; their webpage just gives problems and makes it impossible to return things. i reached out several times with my order numbers and on return or follow up. this place is shady and i would stay clear of their marked up prices bc you can't return anything though their website says you can. Super unprofessional

Photo and product blurb state " the most divine dress". Dress arrived and is average. Average colour, average cut, just blah. Looks like it came from discount bin. Can't return because returns policy makes"average" an understatement. I paid $65 for a discounted dress online that I wouldn't have paid $20 for if I'd seen it in real life. Don't be the sucker that pays over $100 full price for this blahhh stuff dressed up on models to look like something it's not. Avoid.

Truly the worst experience I’ve EVER had with an online purchase. Firstly, I paid $150 for a dress that was the same quality as Forever21. Cheap fabric, shapeless, just unflattering and badly made. I was shocked but figured it happens, I’ll just return the item.

I spoke to customer service and they told me they were sorry and where to send it. Even though it’ll cost $40 to return to Australia, I figured it was worth to get the $150 refund.

Then I get an email saying that although they had received my return, the dress had “clearly been worn and washed” and as they “could not put it back into stock” they would not be refunding me. I was livid - of course I had not worn and especially not washed the dress. It had tags still attached. They had clearly lied. They offered to send the dress back “at my expense”!

I have emailed them back asking to please refund me but I doubt I’ll be hearing back.

TLDR: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMY COMPANY

Horrific quality. No lining on pants with sequins sewn in so they are unbearably scratchy to wear. Do not buy.

Sizing is just horrific. I’m a size 8 and quite standard dimensions, so rarely have sizing issues. But I have ordered 4 items from this brand and only 1 (a blazer) has fit correctly. A size S pair of shorts were too big and 2 size 8 dresses were too small. One was just too small across my bust (I’m a C cup) which may simply mean it doesn’t suit my body shape, but the other, a non-stretch dress, was so ridiculously undersized across my bust and waist it would have been at least 2 if not 3 sizes too small - we’re talking nips feeling a northerly breeze and side zipper agape so wide you could fit Jupiter in that hole.

Considering the reviews on here show evidence of this being an issue for several years, it’s extremely disappointing the brand hasn’t done something to rectify this by now!

Agree with all of the reviews. Don’t buy anything from them. Can’t return sale items even though their sizing is terribly wrong. An xs in one jumpsuit fits and the other i would need about a size 12. It’s crazy. Pretty poor quality fabrics and way overpriced also. So disappointing. Baffled an online store doesn’t have a better return policy.

In summary, size guide is completely wrong, items are bad quality, and customer service is atrocious/non-existent.

My friends and I were looking for matching outfits to wear as part of our work Xmas party. Based on their size guide we ordered sizes 8, 10 and 12. One friend sized up to the size 12 for added comfort.

The shipping was fast, so that’s something. Unfortunately the dresses looked and felt really cheap compared to the product photos. But that’s the risk we take with shopping online, and if that were the only issue we would’ve taken it on the chin. Weirdly the tags say “made in Asia” instead of mentioning a specific country, which seems unnecessarily evasive.

Nevertheless, we tried on the dresses but could hardly get them on, they were so tight. I’d ordered the size 8 but even the size 10 was small on me. Size 12 fit me but of course the proportions were off since I’m actually a size 8, so shoulders and waist were too big and the length too long. We measured the dresses and found they were all consistently smaller than the size guide by a few centimetres in the bust and hip. Meanwhile waist measurements were either correct or larger than the size guide.

We could acknowledge that as a size guide, there could be a little amount of discrepancy. However Lenni’s website clearly states that the size guide is based on body measurements. Yet the garment measurements are much smaller than even the body measurements, so no one can expect to fit into the dress even if they were after a skin-tight fit and had no need to sit in them, which from the product photos with the model, is not the brand’s intent.

I sent an email to them about the issue, with photos of the measurements taken. Their website says they have a 24-48 hour response time. Over two weeks I followed up 3 times with no response. Eventually my friend called them out on Instagram twice before they finally agreed to respond the next day, which they did.

They sent a stock standard response saying they could not offer a refund as the items were purchased on sale. Whilst we were aware that sale items could not be refunded, the purchase was made based on false information. They also made the contradicting points that 1. The size guide should only be taken as a guide, and 2. They have found the garments to be true to size. They are therefore saying their size guide is accurate. Our photos with measurements showed very clearly otherwise but they did not acknowledge them. They offered store credit (though we’d have to pay the cost to post them), but we had no interest in dealing with them again.

So I lodged a dispute with Amex who reviewed my case and returned my money within 48 hours (thank you Amex) and gave Lenni three months to dispute the refund. I emailed Lenni a few weeks out from the three month deadline, asking if they had any intention to dispute as I just wanted this to be over. I followed up after a few days but no response. Have not heard anything from them to this day since that initial stock standard response that took weeks of follow ups to get.

Incredible that a brand like this can treat customers so poorly. We should’ve looked on Trustpilot before ordering because clearly this is not a one off issue. I’m just glad the three months have finally passed so I can write this review and get rid of these dresses.

Incredibly disappointed and angry that I spent over $200 on such pathetic quality clothing, not to mention the lack of any form of customer service or communication!
My order arrived with HOLES in the fabric and loose threading. There is no inner lining to the highly sequined fabric which caused major irritation to my skin just after trying it on!
I have tried multiple emails, online chats, social media DMs and calling direct with NO response!
I will be reporting to fair trading - buyer beware!

Their sizing is truely terrible, the fit is all over the place - too big in some areas - too small in others. If you’re anything over a size 8 this brand is not for you. I sized up and the items I purchased didn’t fit correctly. They weren’t even too big or too small - just bad. Clearly they design clothes for a particular kind of body shape and size. They aren’t inclusive at all with the models they use. Also, they don’t offer returns on sale items so you’re just stuck with terribly designed clothes. They also delete any negative reviews or feedback on socials. I definitely will not be buying from this brand again - no integrity.

The sizing of this brand is all over the place. I've ordered jimi pants in one pattern before that fit okay but they had no stretch at all and were very tight in the thighs. I've since looked more into the sizing from reviews and decided to order the next size up as people have said it will give you a little bit more wiggle room but they aren't much larger. I literally laughed when I saw this pair. It's supposed to be a 12 but it's more like a large 14. When I tried them on the thighs were more comfortable but I still found them to be way smaller then a normal 12. I have to pull the string completely together and it's still a loose fit, the crotch area has a lot of extra space too. I don't know what body type these pants would fit, they are all over the place with extra room and then tight in odd places. All of this would be okay if they allowed exchanges on sale items, I can understand not allowing returns but if we want a different size and the item is 100% fine then we should be allowed to exchange. I would love to see this brand go that step further and actually be size inclusive and get their sizing correctly. All the models are one size so it's very obvious what body size they are catering for. Which is sad because I love the patterns and designs but it's hard to buy when you are unsure if the clothes will actually fit you. I've given them 2 stars as the shipping is very fast and I still love the quality of the products but what's the good of that if the clothes don't actually fit correctly.

I want to love them so badly but their sizing is all over the place.

I have the Captain Jumpsuit in Cornflower which I am obsessed with, in Medium. I decided to purchase the Sonic Skirt in Cornflower, & went for the large as the jumpsuit is a little tight. I also have the Zero Jeans in a large which fit perfectly.

I can't even get the third button done up it is so small!

This is from the same brand, same fabric, made at the same time & the large is smaller than the medium. Not only that, this is the largest size!
