I dealt directly with Michael the owner of the company during the first initial meeting who walked me through what the process would involve, and how exactly I needed to prepare so I had everything in order. I was a first time buyer and very unaware of what was involved in getting a mortgage, but by the end of the first call I was a lot more confident that it was achievable.

Sarah then looked after my application making sure that everything was in order. Sarah was very friendly throughout and always quick to answer any questions I had.
