Installed this app to help troubleshoot for a parent who wanted to use it. App is a low capability AI photo Editor.

The issue is somehow they scammed me out of £36.99 and I can't get it refunded. Never gave informed permission.

Scammers need to be removed from app stores.

I’ve been scammed in thinking I was working w/Lensa and paying $24.99 to what I thought was Lensa but changed by Paypro & have no information to get to Lensa to search for jobs!!!

I did a key word search for jobs that involves the Chinese language (I'm bilingual) but got jobs that were English only.

Keyword searches don’t always fully capture language requirements, especially if the job description isn’t clearly tagged or labeled by the employer. That said, we understand how frustrating it is to receive results that don’t match what you’re specifically looking for.

We’re continuously working to improve the accuracy of our search and matching, including better handling of language-based queries like yours. In the meantime, using more specific filters or variations (e.g., “Mandarin,” “Chinese speaking,” etc.) may help refine your results.
