There was a glitch in the system and it was resolved quickly and professionally. I received my glasses and was very pleased with the tint and the prescription. I would do business with them again.

Ordered a frame that I would like to return. I have made 3 requests by email as their website says to do for returns and have had no response. Not able to get any answer on the phone only a messages saying no one is available to take your call.

Polite, responsive & knowledgeable customer service rep (Connor). My only issue was no immediate order confirmation email was generated - only after the prescription eyeglasses were filled and ready to ship. The order was completed way quicker than I had expected or was quoted. Great glasses, great price, great customer service.

You're selling product that you don't have. It's still on your web site as of now. You didn't bother to reply me back until 10 days after and I have to ask fir it. Seems like your web site is a scam.

Service was good once made direct phone contact with representative at Lensandluxe. Could not connect with online service for updates on order. Order did take longer than expected for delivery, however, the customer service representative was very helpful once I made phone contact.

Poor service first order got cancelled and no one notified me and got no response back
Then I tried to order another product and unfortunately had to return it but followed the correct process and no one responded so it’s essentially forcing me to keep the product when they have a return guarantee. I love the selection of products but. I was a first time customer from Hawaii and that was what initially made me purchase something .

I contacted customer service when USPS tracking showed that my frames had been delivered to the wrong state. My problem was remedied within a week, and I received my frames a week later.

My experience was amazing! My glasses came super quick and the customer service was exceptional

From a person who has ordered glasses off many different sites I have to say hands down this one has been the best! I’ve ordered two different frames from them, both of which fit perfectly! Not to mention the fast and friendly service. I will definitely be a returning customer, 5 stars all around!!!!
