Not only did I receive a product different from the device i had ordered, but Lenvoshop took a further unauthorised, unrelated payment from my bank account. So not only could I not return the item I had paid for (unopened and unused), but had money stolen in retaliation for my complaint.
It's worth noting that the name Lenvoshop appeared nowhere in the highly sophisticated online advertisement to which I had responded, so one may be totally unaware that one is dealing with a well-known fraudulent retailer.
Whatever you do, do NOT answer an ad for a red-light gum treatment device : you'll unwittingly place yourself in the hands of criminals.

I ordered Toothcare Red Light Therapy from this company and paid using my credit card. I suspected it was a scam so I told Lenvoshop.com to cancel my order and ask for a refund. I communicated four times already that I am cancelling my order and each time asking for a refund. Each time, their reply was asking me to confirm I do not want the parcel anymore. That same reply every time (four times!!), no mention of refund at all!!
Do not deal with this company ever! Their business is scam!!!

If I could have left a review with no stars that would have been more honest. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY do so at your own cost and peril.
Ordered x1 item charge extra for postage and packaging. No emails about expected to confirm order. No email re delivery time frame. No email to confirm delivery made. Item delivered unsafe place and stolen. Company stated we had not selected a post locker but had a locked post box on wall of our house. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WORTHLESS PROMISES. BADLY RUN.
