Honest feedback- Do not purchase and do not waste your money on this garbage/misleading product.
I’m 5’ll and a little over 150 lbs, looking to trim and tighten my ass.
- First and foremost; holy cheapest material to cost over $70 plus shipping.
- gel pads won’t stick
- this product is so small, thin and flimsy, I thought they forgot to pack it.
- If I had the ass of a little kid or a size double zero person maybe this would stick?
- people have to be getting paid to give these 5 star reviews, there’s no chance in hell this thing does anything besides sit in a corner and collect dust.
- in multiple videos found on social media, you can see the girl’s(s) ass vibrate and move, demonstrating the product. I must have an ass made of steel already because nothing moved on my end, didn’t feel anything besides a light stinging every few random seconds.
- attempted to use it the next day and it stopped working altogether.
- company says money back guarantee but won’t give you your money back if you “changed your mind”. The product stopped working after one day.
- I hope the person who invented this device sleeps well knowing they have a terrible, misleading product and our scamming people out of their money. Karmas a b*tch and she’ll find you.

don’t waste your money
First off, I would like to say how the Internet is very deceiving. This item does not work like the video shows. It is basically a tens unit that sounds electric current to the muscles around the pad. It is difficult to place the pads in the right location behind your back and set the right mode by yourself.
Secondly, when you order, they offer promotions, for example refill pads. At this time you can’t flip to the guaranteed details. Well, these items are nonrefundable, even if they’re not used. They talk about sanitary issues. Well, maybe they should package them accordingly. I am very disappointed that they will not give me a full refund.

If I could choose a ZERO i would!! Absolute TRASH!!! The cheap plastic its made of is UNBELIEVABLE they could charge $1. Much less $60!!

Terrible product
Terrible product, broke and got a second one sent and that didn’t work either and then only got a partial refund upon return even though the product doesn’t work!!!

No Customer service
I ordered the ab and glute package along with 10 additional gel replacement pads.
I received the 2 devices [ab and glute EMS] at the begining of January
The gel pad replacements were not included.
I reached out to customer service the same day of delivery and never heard back. Its almost 8 weeks later, no gel pads ever came in the mail and no one ever responded to my email.
I sent a second email today 2/18/25
I was really hopeful I would hear back before reaching out again but no luck.
I will update if any help is given.
*UPDATE [6-2-26]
Response from company in May. No resolution to the problem, just stated that this is not acceptable for their company and the hope to fix the issue. At this point in time, I no longer own the device I purchased. It did not work well from day 1 and then when gel pads wore out it did not work at all. It was trash and thats where it went. DO NOT waste money on this scam product, or on this scam company!

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. They don’t allow returns even if the product is unopened and unused. I didn’t realize it was not a rechargeable device and it took regular batteries so I didn’t want to deal with it. They refused to allow me to return it because I changed my mind. I tried to write a review on Facebook, but they blocked me personally on Facebook, which I find quite unprofessional.
