Leprince Group is an M&A advisory and value creation firm working with owners of established 8 and 9 figure businesses across brands, e-commerce, services, software, media, and industrials including logistics, packaging, manufacturing, and distribution. Most advisors take a business to market as it is. The price is largely decided before a process even starts, by how the business is performing, how its numbers read, and how it holds up under scrutiny. So the firm works on the business first. Value creation covers the levers a buyer actually pays for: revenue quality, growth, margin, customer concentration, and recurring income. It also covers readiness, bringing founder-run, informal, or fast-grown companies up to the standard a serious buyer expects, with clean financials, documented processes, and an evidenced equity story. Issues that diligence would otherwise use to reduce the price are found and fixed first. The sale is the second phase, not a separate engagement. Valuation and positioning, buyer mapping, confidential outreach, a competitive process, negotiation, diligence, and close. The same team runs both, so nothing is lost between building value and realising it. The firm also advises acquirers on target origination, diligence, and structuring.

I've been working with LPG for a while now and it's been a solid experience. Hugo pushes you to do your best work but also gives you the space to grow. What I enjoy most is seeing how many different clients and businesses we get to work with and actually make a difference for. You're always learning and there's real trust within the team.
I originally engaged Hugo from Leprince to prepare my business for M&A. Though through this process he identified a significant gap which was my lack of enterprise clients which gives my business value a significant lesser value. He then proceeded to train my self and my team on the acquisition of high-end enterprise clients which we have successfully been landing for the last 3-months. Extremely happy with the engagement so far and look forward to the long-term partnership. Immense value, highly recommend.
