DHL hat mir ein nachverpacktes Paket zukommen lassen.
Es hat Ware gefehlt.
Les Deux verlangte dann, dass ich es bei DHL vor Ort anzeige in einer Filiale und das Paket dort wieder abgebe.
Man teilte mir das erst an dem Tag mit, als die Frist abgelaufen wÀre, obwohl ich den Schaden umgehen bei Les Deux gemeldet hatte. Ich musste also innerhalb einer Stunde zur Post damit obwohl ich Ìberhaupt keine Zeit hatte.
DHL behielt dann das komplette Paket samt Inhalt.
Seither warte ich auf RÃŒckerstattung von ÃŒber 2000 Euro durch Les Deux.
Man versprach mir nach merhfacher Nachfrage, dass die in Bearbeitung ist und in kÃŒrze gutgeschrieben wird.
Nach weiteren 7 Tage fragte wich wieder mehrfach nach.
Jetzt muss man plötzlich warten, bis man die restliche Ware von DHL zurÌckerhalten hat. Man hat mich zuvor also einfach angelogen, unglaublich. Hauptsache der Kunde hÀlt die Klappe.
Ich kann jedem nur von diesem Shop abraten, wenn man Probleme hat (fÃŒr man man noch nicht einmal etwas kann) ist der Kundenservice unterirdisch !!!
Bestellt lieber bei Zalando oder About You, da sind auch die Preise deutlich besser habe ich nun gesehen.
Am Besten Les Deux komplett meiden, die QualitÀt rechtfertigt den Preis ohnehin nicht !!!

Seit ca. einem Monat warte ich nun auf eine Lösung meines Problems: bei einem HÀndler habe ich ein 120 EUR Sweatshirt der Marke Les Deux gekauft. Nach dem ersten Waschen hat der Druck abgefÀrbt und Flecken hinterlassen, die sich nicht mehr entfernen lassen. Der HÀndler verweist nun auf den Hersteller und der andersherum. Beim Les Deux Kundenservice habe ich einen Screenshot meiner digitalen Zahlung eingereicht, das soll als Kaufbeleg nicht ausreichen. als Kunde frage ich mich nun wo hier genau der Kundenservice geblieben ist.
Update:
Mittlerweile hat mir der dÀnische Kundenservice (danke Sofie!) ganz wunderbar geholfen und das Problem gelöst.
