I ordered and paid for 2 pairs of…

I ordered and paid for 2 pairs of sunglasses from Le Specs. After 3 long days of waiting for an update on my order, they simply cancelled the main product (and trigger a refund)
At the same time, same day, they advertised the same product they cancelled for me, as part of clearance sales!!! Very poor management of parts/stock, experience is designed to fail the customer.
I will not buy from this brand again, very disappointed.

Return process and customer service…

Return process and customer service isn’t great! I’m guessing from other feedback I won’t be getting my money back!

I wouldn’t buy from them again.

Promotion honoured

Missed out on a promotion by a couple of hours and reached out to their customer service to honour it as it was for mother's Day gift! Customer service was really helpful and honoured the promotion for me.
