Great online experience which was an easy transaction when i purchased a gift voucher for my sons birthday.

First product I’ve bought from LESTRANGE. Quality really is superb. I can feel I’m already a convert and will be buying more.

Great trousers, arrived really quickly, true to size and no ironing!

I love the cut and fit of my L’estrange trousers. Plus the fact that the elasticated waist doesn’t bring to mind an old geezer holding up his pants with twine. They actually look really cool and classy.

Best top quality basics out there! Fabrics and price point are second to none.

This is a very simple review for me to write. Their products are outstanding - simply outstanding. However, I have found their 'customer service' to be arrogant and among the poorest I have encountered anywhere. Their delivery times to Central Scotland are incomprehensible. A man on a bike could deliver their items more quickly than even their 'express service' which is charged at £9.99. When I questioned them on why my last delivery took longer than one I had received from Australia, they simply chose to arrogantly ignore me in spite of my three attempts to contact them about it. Having decided never to order from them again as a result, I relented - mainly because their products are excellent - and I placed a further order and paid £9.99 to take advantage of the 'express delivery' service. One week later - same old same old! Nothing arrived. On the positive side, I did get a reply from them on this one. Apparently the war in Iran has prevented the courier company from collecting a parcel in London and delivering it to Perth in Scotland. I have been a customer of this company for many years now. I have learned my lesson and am now finished with them completely. When things are going well, every company is wonderful. You can really only judge a business when something goes wrong and the way they handle things. L'estrange have let me down very badly. Fool me once - shame on you! Fool me twice - shame on me!

Very happy with the quality, cut and sizing of my first purchase, a 360 Blazer. Particularly pleased with prompt customer sorting out a mix up over an introductory discount that was entirely my fault. Happy to recommend and will be a returning customer.

I have ordered online twice, payment taken, and had to chase delivery both times to be told the item is no longer available. Customer Service is a disaster

After receiving the order on 19/01, I noticed something in the pants pocket that shouldn't be there, leading me to believe it was a used item.
I sent an email to customer support, which they replied to the following day (20/01 at 09:31) requesting more information, which I provided on the same day. At 10:33, I received another email from customer support on the same day at 13:43, which I replied to again at 19:06.
Since that date, 20/01, I have been waiting for a response to conclude the process.
Despite having sent an email on 21/01 at 22:33 requesting a response highlighting the completion of the process.
This experience does not meet the quality standards of the company, which I continue to believe it has.

Promptly delivered, well packaged, good quality garments which fit well. What’s not to like?

Have really fallen for their wool pants!
Bought two pairs of slim wool pants this year and wear them all the time. They fit great and are super warm. Very happy with the purchases!
