Great Communication and Excellent Support

We’ve been renting through Letly for the past three months, and the experience has been fantastic from the very beginning.

The move-in process was smooth and straightforward, with no issues at all. Whenever we’ve had a question or needed assistance, Aaron has always been quick to respond and incredibly helpful.

We’re very happy with both the property and the service we’ve received from Letly so far. It’s been a great rental experience, and we’d happily recommend them.

A new approach to renting out your property in the UK

Initially outreached by them, I did advertise my Property on the lettings website and wanted to bypass the traditional agencies as they didn't seem that valuable to me and harder to predict overall costs with many hidden fees, Letly comes with a different mindset that makes it more financially attractive for the long term.
They've been very acomodating and pleasant to work with! I can only recommend.

Letly approached me about a rental


Letly approached me about a rental property that I was hoping to get tenants into. They offered a guaranteed 2 year rental. They basically did all the work, rental agreement, itinary mandatory everything else
Very happy with service. They regularly update me and I was given all the references about my tenants. 4 months in to the agreement and everything is perfect

Excellent

Very helpful and took all the pressure of dealing with letting out my
Property. Although rent received is lower than market rate when taking into account the additional costs that would have to be paid it works out to be around the same so well worth it. They simply do everything for you - could not ask for a better service - would recommend to anyone

A fantastic customer experience

A fantastic customer experience ! It was brilliant working with the team. The team is very smart and proactive. The whole process is also incredibly seamless with no administrative tasks / burden on my side. A huge change from my experience working with the traditional high street estate agents !

I’ve had the privilege of working closely with Letly across creative direction, visual direction, brand films, and social content, and the experience has been exceptional.
