I’ve been using LetsExtract for my small business, and it’s been a game changer. The email extractor and verification tools save me hours every week. The interface is user-friendly, and the results are accurate. I love that they offer a trial version before purchase, which gave me confidence. Definitely worth the investment if you do any email marketing.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AWFUL, JUST AWFUL - THE SOFTWARE WOULD NOT ALLOW FOR EXPORTING OF EMAILS GENERATED--WE SPOKE WITH Dmitri multiple times without any resolution--we told him our only recourse was to write a review informing the public of our experience--he threatened to revoke our paid for license--now the software states our license is not active and we need to re-purchase a license--we have sent Dmitry 3 emails--all of which he ignore--it is our belief that they periodically cancel out licenses in hopes of getting a percentage of those cancelled licenses to re-purchase---this software is defective and Dmitry and Lets Extract are negligent in their mishandling of legitimate requests and complaints--AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Poor customer service. I have raised many tickets related to -
Software giving error that check your internet and firewall etc for activation and
Forgot my activation code
But no reply. No one is replying. I used it earlier and extracted lot of emails but after a month I opened that software again and it gives me error that I need to enter my activation code again. I had it in my email but cannot find now and the support team is not helping.

I had a slight problem and the Support team were very prompt and to add to this, they were very generous with me, due to my age

Terrible--absolutely Terrible--Avoid this product

Company will never reply to your emails or tickets placed with legitimate concerns---I spent literally days trying to resolve two issues--which were met with NOTHING--NO REPLY--NOTHING--they take your money and leave you with defective software

The software working Very good but you need to add more features like white label option, reseller option, and sms sender feature .

i cant even extract more than a handfull of email. i changed IP same issues. just a waste of my money
