Let's Get Moving レビュー 

We recently used Let's Get Moving and were very pleased with the service we received. The two guys were very professional and fast. I have an old delicate hutch from my grandmother and was worried it would break. The guys took extra care by wrapping it really well. Excellent movers! Highly recommend them.

Hire this company if you have money and time to toss away! We forfeited $300 in compensation for damage done to our properties (it should have been $550, but they charge a $250 deductible) in order to post this review to warn people how bad this moving company is. You don’t see man negative reviews for this company online because you will have to sign a non-disclosure agreement with a $5000 penalty should anything negative about them be posted online in order to receive any compensation from them.
My daughter hired them in April, to move from a low rise 750 sq ft condo to a house 5-minute drive away. She was charged 7.5 hours work for 3 movers, while the estimate given over the phone was 4-5 hours. All that was moved was 14 pieces of furniture and the contents of 7 of them, and some boxes and bags. All the kitchen contents and contents in 3 closets were not touched by the movers as we planned to move them ourselves. It took 1-2 movers over one hour to dissemble the one and only bed, and the same amount of time to assemble it after arrival at the house. Items were moved by hand one piece at a time, with no trolleys used, which was extremely inefficient. During the 7.5 hours charged, the movers disappeared twice for about an hour each. Explanation given when asked was: loading the truck! The condo only allows 4 hour elevator bookings; if what they said was true, this company needed 5 hours for 3 movers to move 14 pieces of furniture into the truck, with the last 4 pieces left unwrapped in the final half an hour of the elevator booking time, as we begged them to hurry before use of the elevator ended!!!
After arriving at the house, there was another 10 minute scuffle when 2 movers argued about where to park the enormous truck (initially they wanted to park on the driveway of the townhouses next door and seemed shocked when told they could not park on someone else’s private property). I asked what’s wrong with parking on our own driveway, which in the end was what ended up happening. Except for the furniture, everything was dropped off in the living room close to the entrance of the house, in order to speed things up. Half way through unloading, we were asked to pay in full, otherwise we obviously would not get back the items still on their truck. We did not have enough cash prepared since the move took so much longer than expected and were told to go to the bank machine to withdraw money while they wait.
This was such a traumatic nightmare to us! We wish no one else will experience the same!

I recently used Let's Get Moving to move out of my one bedroom condo in Downtown Toronto, and I must say, it was one of the best decisions I made during the entire process. They were quick, efficient, and took great care of all my belongings, making my experience not only worth the money but also helping the entire process go much faster.

From the moment they arrived, the team of movers were incredibly professional and courteous. They had all the necessary equipment, including dollies and moving blankets, and made sure that everything was properly secured before they began the move.

Throughout the entire process, the movers were incredibly careful with all of my belongings, taking great care to ensure that everything arrived at my new place in the same condition as when it left my condo. They even took extra care with some of my more fragile items, making sure that they were properly packed and secured for the move.

Perhaps most impressive, however, was the speed and efficiency with which the movers worked. Despite having to navigate the busy streets of Downtown and the tight confines of my condo building, the team managed to move everything out and into the truck in record time, all while ensuring that everything was properly packed and secured.

Overall, I can't recommend Let's Get Moving company enough. From their professional and courteous demeanor to their care and efficiency with my belongings, they made my move a breeze and helped to alleviate a lot of the stress that comes with such a big transition. If you're in need of a moving company, look no further!

Got Let's Get Moving to move a baby grand piano. A team of 4 movers came and carefully took apart the piano for easy load out. They had definitely done this before, were very meticulous and the move went very smoothly. Would highly recommend!

Being new in Canada I was concerned about finding a reputable provider and knowing my possessions will be cared for and delivered as agreed. We had a very long move (360km), necessitating an overnight storage at the depot, but the team arrived on-time the following day! They packed quick and efficiently and unpacked just as smoothly, all our items still intact. We have a heavy treadmill but the team handled this just as smartly as our other items. Overall, very please, thanks for the help! We will use their service again.
