Tastes great, and mixes up really well. Deliveries have been fast and on time.

Tasty and easy to mix. It took a little while for my stomach to get used to quitting coffee and beginning this - about 2 weeks. Now it's a wonderful healthy habit.

I really like the taste. I’m not a person who drinks a lot of water even though I should. This helps a lot. If I feel as though I don’t need the next months shipment I just cancel that with no problem.

This product tastes horrible - does not taste like it’s “real.” Its taste is extremely synthetic and just gross.

Good stuff! Buy it! Use it!

the Super greens original flavor tastes great. I received my order in 7 days, everything arrived in good condition.

Customer service team/rep was responsive with looking into my issue and prompt with resolving my product exchange.

Still waiting on Live it Up Recall Refund. It is October 25, 2026 and am still waiting for my refund from the 2025 recall. I contacted the company by the deadline with appropriate photos and product info, and followed up months after, but receive no word except that on Jan. 15, 2026, my subscription was starting again. I cancelled it until I get my refund back, again no reply on the status of my refund. I like the Super Greens product. Their refund department has problems. Nancy Fortin

I enjoy getting my electrolytes delivered once a month. I haven't had any issues with delivery, I did run out early one month and ordered a second one and received it quickly. I enjoy the taste and drink more water because of it.

Bottom line I first feel better, shortly after starting these Greens. I know that means exactly what? Mood, BP, EKG, all better!
Second: the taste is better than two well advertised more $ brands.

I'm a huge fan of both the super greens drink & the feel the beet. My gut health has completely improved, I have way more energy and just feel good. What a big difference! Customer service A++ and quick delivery. I appreciate a company who cares about your wellness.

Terrible company. They mailed out tainted product last year, salmonella. Sent all information in for refund in March 2026, only because of a recall. In Oct 2026 still no refund, poor communication, and trying to low ball the refund amount. Sketchy! Far better product in this green drink space.

UPDATE: After this review, they did get in touch with me and refund me, so I'm updating it to 3 stars. (Was denied on my initial email though so if you need a refund you need to be assertive.)

i have been waiting for months for a refund on these 6 bags of your unsafe product. i don’t want 1 replacement bag for these 6 bags. i want a full refund for all 6 bags.

this is absolutely ridiculous.

stop wasting my time. i filled out your forms several times.

Live it up is not honoring its refund obligation for the salmonella contaminated product that I purchased in December of 2025.
I have sent multiple requests for a refund and followed their instructions but have not received my refund for nearly $100.
They are operating in bad faith.
Update :
Immediately after I reported to the BBB I was given a refund and an apology.
It is shameful that Live it up makes customers jump through hoops like that. I had fully intended to become a customer of theirs even after the salmonella contamination but not any more.
