Absolutely over the moon I love my carpets highly recommend

Stewart and Annie were amazing! Great team. Finished my flooring to an extremely high standard!

From the beginning to end it was all straight forward and easy process. The person who completed the work called Adam was very helpful and polite and done a wonderful job. Also the gentleman who came out first and done the measurements was very polite and explained the process.

Floor wasn't finished on the day beading not done couch was ripped and walls all scuffed after just being painted the day before

Still waiting on my chipped floor being fixed got an attitude from the so called customer service was told to send all my issues to an email not been replied to absolute joke

Flooring not installed properly and now having to have it redone kitchen vinyl has air bubbles not had enough glue on customer service at let’s pay weekly are very rude on the phones cut in when your explaining your issues and put you on hold while talking will not be going with this company again and shall be putting in a complaint on how I have been treated throughout

He was so friendly , Always polite , and always answered back when I had a conversation, he’s really good at his job I deffo would recommend him !!!

Chris is such a lovely man and always helps even tho I carnt do much I lost a baby a week ago and he's told me to leave what I can he will do the rest great service thank you

The customer service from this company is appalling i cant even explain. The staff have attitudes problems and talk over you. I have had nothing but problems from the get go i wish i never went ahead with the shambles of a company.

The fitter was absolutely lovely and it shows as they are self employed and not a part of the company.

the fitter had made a mistake with my flooring and said he would need to come back to relay the floor. the company is making me wait a whole month for a fitting date, but i am unable to get that date off work an I'm told there is nothing they can do

i didn't even receive an apology or anything from the company.

but they expect me to keep making payments but they cant resolve the issue.

seriously look around for different companies its not worth the stress. they don't care to resolve anything
