Av og til har programmet vært litt vanskelig å få til å fungere som forventet. Da har redningen vært kundeservice. Bl.a. Hege har vært utrolig flink og hjelpsom. Uten ekstra kostnader.
Den nye versjonen fungerer også bedre, men kan bli enda bedre med små justeringer.
Great system for managing the planning of events. We run judo events (competitions, gradings, coaching courses etc) all through the system. Online payment simple as is the refund process. Well worth it.

Vi i Bårdar Danseinstitutt byttet våren 2026 over til Letsreg, og er svært fornøyde med valget vårt. Systemet er intuitivt, brukervennlig og effektivt, og gjør det enkelt å håndtere både påmeldinger og den daglige administrasjonen på en smidig og tidsbesparende måte.

I've been using this booking company for just over two years, and it has been one of the best decisions I've made for my business. The system is reliable, easy to use, and has helped us manage our bookings efficiently, which has had a real positive impact on our growth.
What really sets them apart is their customer service. Whenever I've needed help or had a question, Matthew has always been there to support me. He's friendly, professional, and quick to respond, which gives me real confidence knowing help is always available when needed.

Having used Letsreg for several years for our FAST film show bookings, we decided, we decided to take our use of the solution a step further by using their calendar booking software for our Wind Tunnel Tours. So far, this has proved very helpful for us as we can now see exactly who has booked and onto which date and time. Our customers are also finding the process very quick and easy, and they are pleased with the security of their booking being confirmed ahead of arrival. It is a delight to work with LetsReg, and we look forward to continuing the relationship.
