I had the pleasure of renting a room through this agency for one year, and my experience was generally very positive. The room itself was well-maintained and provided a comfortable living environment throughout my stay. The property was clean, functional, and offered all the necessary amenities.

The agency was professional and efficient in handling the rental process. Any maintenance requests I submitted were promptly addressed, and communication was always clear and timely. The agency staff were approachable and made sure that my needs were met. Good luck Lets Rent!

Should be so ashamed of themselves as letting agents. There's a guy who lives in the property next to mine who sexually assaulted my daughter on two occasions. He is also all over Facebook for messaging 13 to 15 year old girls in the area. The property is 49 queensagate Street. Let's rent you should be ashamed.

I met Let’s Rent when I came for postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Hull in 2022. I was walking down Princess Avenue, saw the advert and phone number on a sign post and decided to call. Steve is truly wonderful, I think he is an ‘asset’ to that company. I had an exceptional experience with Let’s Rent during my tenancy. They were always lovely, caring, and kind…You will confirm if you get to have a slight encounter with Gina! They consistently responded to my calls immediately whenever I needed assistance with anything, respecting my privacy at all times.

Their dedication to work was evident as they personally inspected maintenance tasks to ensure they were completed on time and to a high standard. The property was very spacious and beautifully furnished and the proximity of the property to the head office made it convenient for me to visit and interact with staff whenever I needed.

Although I had to move to a larger flat to accommodate my family, and Let’s Rent didn’t have a suitable property at that time, I truly wish I could have continued my tenancy with them. I highly recommend Let’s Rent for their exceptional service and attention to detail.

I first came across Lets Rent when researching investment property in Hull about 3 years ago. Chris was a huge help in us securing the property we really wanted. Chris and Gina gave us valuable advice during the renovation process and since then have let and managed the property.
The whole team are brilliant, really knowledgable, trustworthy, efficient and also genuinely nice people (which I personally really value). We have rental properties elsewhere in the country and just wish they were also managed by Let's Rent! They are by far the best agents we've ever used and I'd highly recommend them.
