I’ve spent a fair amount of money on


I’ve spent a fair amount of money on this site and won a prize along with a cash alternative. When I attempted a withdrawal, my account was placed on hold and I was asked to provide a selfie holding my driving licence and a photo of my debit card, which I found unusual.

I explained that I don’t have a driving licence and asked if I could verify using my passport instead, but was told this wasn’t an option. I’ve won on other competition sites before and have only ever been asked for standard ID verification, such as a photo of a passport or driving licence, no selfie or picture of bank card required.

I later requested that the balance be credited back to my site wallet rather than withdrawn to a bank, but this was refused. As a result, my wallet balance was not processed and the prize remains unissued unless I complete verification I’m not comfortable with.

Communication was slow and inflexible, and no alternative verification options were offered. Won’t be using this site again.

That’s not strictly correct is it, you were asked for ID on the 4th December, you replied yesterday 9th January, despite being emailed and text.

I asked for a copy of your driving licence and a selfie of you holding the licence to confirm it was you in the picture, our standard process that thousands of players adhere to.

You asked to send a passport, which I confirmed was ok, but as a passport doesn’t have your address on, I asked for additional information to confirm you had the original card in your possession as per our terms and conditions.

Fraud is a huge issue in this sector and we take steps to protect our playing community and our business, which is way more important than receiving a 1*!review from someone who is not prepared to follow our terms and conditions, which you agreed to when placing orders with us.

Section 14 of our terms and conditions clearly state - The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of ID on all cash withdrawals, this can include but is not limited to a copy of a valid driving licence + selfie holding the driving licence or a copy of a valid passport plus proof of payment card.

Failure to provide identification linked to the winners account will result in non payment.

Your account is on hold as you requested a cash withdrawal and wouldn’t identify yourself, which is a huge red flag.

Once you have been identified any outstanding prizes will be issued to you.

False advertising

“Every ticket wins a prize” is false advertising thought I’d give it a go thinking maybe the prize as a minimum would be entry into a larger raffle with one winner since “every ticket wins a prize” I bought 250 tickets only 2 had a prize
 2 free tickets in the draw I entered which ended up winning nothing.

I understand it’s a business but if you advertise something like every ticket wins a prize you have to honour it 248 tickets of mine prove it’s false advertising.

Hi Phil, as per your email and my reply, not all of our competitions are prize every time, we usually have between 6-8 competitions that are, they are clearly sign posted on the website and have their own section called Every Ticket Wins.

The competition you entered was an instant win competition at 4p a ticket, discounted to 3p a ticket for bulk purchases, the total number of tickets in the competition and total number of prizes are clearly displayed within the competition description and instant win prize list.

Nowhere in the competition you chose to enter does it say or suggest that every ticket wins a prize.

Good site but don’t like how u need contact them if win for some things. Only keep winning 10p or max 60p credit a few free tickets that they pick which think should get
Pick urself. Wide range of games rho

For prizes and instant wins, you don't need to contact us, all cash and credit prizes are automatically added to your Lets Win Wallet, all free tickets that you win are automatically generated as free orders and added to the my orders section of your members area and if you win a live draw prize, but you aren't on the live to see it, we contact you and send out confirmation emails so you can claim either the prize or cash alternative.

Because we make so many winners, we've automated as much of the claim process as possible, so we can get your prizes to you straight away.

Lazy site.

Only ever won a little bit of site credit. However my issue is that for some reason theres no option to even use the site credit you have. No where is there an option?! Also where do you post your winners. I'm sure legally you have to post on your site the results (there are new laws coming in/come into place recenlty). There's no way to tell if youve actually won anything at all?

Hi Abigail, just thought i'd answer your questions, as it seems you are unfamiliar with our site.

Website Credit: There is a big box called My Wallet on the checkout page that clearly shows how much you have to spend from your wallet. You simply input the amount you want to use and click apply.

Winners: There is a winners page on the website, which has over 20,000 winners listed, we also publish the Live Draw results to our Facebook page 5 times a week, even though there is absolutely no requirement to, as users have the right to remain anonymous.

As you will also be aware, as you have won some site credit, you receive an email instantly confirming what you've won on all of our instant win games.

Our site is far from lazy, i just don't think you've navigated around it very well, If you need help, just reach out to us, we can't help sort out your issues if you don't contact us before leaving unjustified reviews.

Zero cash wins...swallows money..hundreds of spins no win

Done hundreds and hundreds of spins, they don't give any cash wins at all....£50 not even won £1. Rubbish, rand tickets is all they give, whatever that is...no explanations...just swallows your money...waste of time and money this site

Hey Destini, we give away hundreds of thousands of free tickets on our competitions, we do this to try and ensure our players win something, rather than it be a win or no win situation, like a lot of competition sites.

Just the other day a player won an Apple Mac Book from free tickets and chose the £1,250 cash alternative and another won a 10g Gold Bar and chose the £850.00 cash alternative, so the free tickets clearly have significant value.

Unfortunately you haven't won from them yet, but not every one can be a winner all of the time.

Have had some small wins and once won


Have had some small wins and once won £1000 but compared to how much I have put in probably not even up that much. Over the last year have played less as all the games just seem the same now and all you seem to win are a few ticket to one of the 5p games payout are super quick if u do actually which is good.
