Absolute shocking Company ..
( if that's what you can call them!! )
Really don't waste your money or effort
I purchased the voucher from buy a gift' and Ordered the product ( cheese selection over £35's worth plus £5 Postage on the 21st of may 24 the item has still not arrived but I believe it's sat with DHL'
* SO THIS WILL BE TASTY WHEN ACTUALLY DELIVERED' ( 10 DAYS IN TRANSIT! )
The Worst Thing is I have telephoned the company x10 times, left messages and sent x2 emails! And No Response!! The Letterbox cheese company Sort yourselves out!!

Cheap wine and cheap cheese! My box has sat with DHL unrefrigerated for three now and so I don’t want to eat it!! My children would be so disappointed by the gift they bought me if they knew!!

So disappointed…. Just received my order. 3 small 200g wax cover cheeses, one lancashire, one smoked cheese 🤢 and one flavour is disgusting “rhubarb crumble” 🤮 . A tiny jar of chutney and a crumpled up box of rye and charcoal crackers!!! Probably could buy the lot for £10… but this was over £30!!! Absolute rip off. Trust me, don’t bother buying from this company, go to the supermarket and buy 3 lovey decent cheeses, some nice crackers and a chutney for a 3rd of the price!!! Shameful.

I couldn’t believe what cheeses they sent! Why not a nice blue cheese? or goats cheese? or something and something tasty to have it with rather than charcoal crackers!!!! Clearly they have NO clue about cheese and just get cheap stuff and mark up the price!!!! Save your money.

Very dissapointing. We used a buyagift voucher for a 2-month subscription. The cheeses are all from same producer and taste pretty cheap. Definitely don't waste your money on this. Go with a company like Cheese Geek instead!

I signed up to a 2 month subscription using a 'Buy A Gift' voucher, but the cheeses supplied were disappointing. They were all from the same English cheesemaker and I could have bought a more interesting selection from any supermarket at half the price. I've had no response so far from customer services, and was made to pay a £5 delivery charge on top of the gift voucher value which isn't made clear on the 'Buy A Gift' website. Overall a very disappointing experience!

I had a voucher for two months subscription in 2022 and oh my oh my - it was exquisite experience so when I received a gift last December I got excited BUT I shouldn't !!!
Customer Services are absolutely none existent! I have sent several enquiries to their Customer Services not one was responded to!! Considering it was a gift they made me pay £5 delivery charge - so much for being pre-paid gift hey... When received my first subscription the weight of the cheese was WELL below required. They advertise average of each cheese should be between 200g and 250g and mine were 200g, 200g, 132g and 170g. So for the price paid they even rip you off. I have contacted customer services but nobody came back to me. Also another month was already due but nobody sent it... I tried calling them but nobody picks the phone up at all. Tried to log into my account but since I forgot the password unable to do so as the feature for password change is not working...
I will NEVER use them again and the expedience is EXTREMELY poor!!! I will NEVER use them again!!!

Ordered a 3-cheese box via a buyagift voucher in January 2024. One was cheddar cheese which had a use by date of October 2021, another was red Leicester with a use by date of July 2023. Packaging was very low effort, especially for the cost.

Reviews on buyagift were good (suspect they take down any bad ones) looking on FB there are plenty of bad reviews - one to avoid.
