Brandy Coe is the most diligent and understanding person that I have worked with in the 3 years that I've been working with this company. A model representative indeed! I wish her level of service was consistent across all departments, but I will keep the 5 stars as a positive representation on Brandy's service.

My experience was good. Brandy was very good with me. She was very patient with me and walked me through everything I needed to do. I'm not technology savvy and she was great with her help and patience. I am glad I have her and she is very professional and so much help to me. Thank you brandy. Sincerly martae henry

As of 11/18/2025 thanks to Level Debt/Coaching counselors Bonnie Burgess-Hawkins, and Sarah Sullivan I am debt free. It was through their consistency of support and knowledge of debt and credit repair that I successfully completed the program. I would recommend Level Debt/Coaching program for anyone that is seriously seeking to become debt free.

I have nothing but good things to say about Level. My first step into financial freedom was a very long (and I do mean long) conversation with Josh. He walked me through the program step by step as I was very skeptical of this program. I wasn't sure I was ready to move forward, but Josh reassured me numerous times that the program would be good for my financial stability. I decided to move forward and start the program, and it was the best decision I could have made. Also, through the process I was blessed to have Tammy as my financial coach, and she has been the best part of all of this. Tammy has given me excellent advice for the last few years and has given me the tools to make smart decisions once I finish the program (7 more months to go!). I have been super cautious even during the program and asked many questions about it and Tammy is always there with great advice for me. We have also become friends and when time allows, catch up on our personal lives. I would recommend this program to anyone and will promise you will get the best care and advice.

Tammy was excellent from start to finish in my Level Debt program. The beginning in January 2023 was overwhelming and a bit scary, but that was due to the incredibly trustworthy legal process of this program. Tammy Pecht (and Sara Sullivan) calmed me down and kept me going month after month. Over time, it felt like Tammy and I became friends. Our conversations often veered into fun discussions about details in our personal lives. I cared (and still care) about her, and I wish her all the best, as she wished me in this long-anticipated end to my debt repayment. Tammy was consistently professional, helpful, informative, and supportive throughout the past three-plus years. I will sincerely miss our monthly talks. I did a lot of research into debt repayment programs before choosing Level Debt, and I cannot recommend them any higher.

I must share that initially I was debating on whether I should even try this program but now that I’m completing the course I am so glad that I did. Tammy really listened to my every concern and patiently answered every question I ever had. She was super to understand my situation and gave wonderful suggestions. She has been a true friend and confidant through every step of the way.
I would recommend this program to anyone wanting to reach a point of healthier spending and saving habits and financial freedom.

I really enjoyed talking to my coach. She was very helpful and made sure that you understood everything she went over. Was a great experience! It helped me a lot!

Sara was great! she she was very patient & understanding. she went above and beyond to help me understand how everything worked during the negotiations and settlement process clearing up any confusion I may of had. she also followed up on every suggestion & inquiry I requested. She was very informative & clearly explained everything I had questions about ! she is a top notch employee and deserves this recognition !

I would like to thank one person but really everyone has tried to help me thru this mess.. They have encouraged me to do everything I can to get this done. I said that was my goal. Now I'm just months away from completing. Thanks level coaching.

I worked with Tammy Pecht since 2020. She was with me every step of the way. I made my final payment over the weekend, and could not have done it without her help. I appreciate her very much. She is great at what she does.

I have been a customer since 2021 Sara and Tammy have been wonderful to work with. I have been thru some hard time.... but these too make sure anything was going to be ok.
