Absolutely, horrible service. I packed my shoes myself to the bag, five people passed me to each other couldnât find my reserve shoes for one hour. They treated me like Iâm there for a favor. I bought the shoe but never ever Iâm coming back to the store ,not even one percent Luxury service.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Level Shoes, and while there was a slight misunderstanding with the sizing, I am thoroughly impressed with their customer service. After reaching out via email, I received a response within just 12 hours. Mohamed was incredibly responsive and professional. We exchanged a few emails, and Mohamed then took the extra step of personally calling me to resolve the issue.
Despite their best efforts to find the correct size (which turned out to be quite rare and hard to find), they were unfortunately unable to source it. Level Shoes went above and beyond, offering a shipping label for a return and processing a full refund without any hassle.

Do not under any circumstance order from this company. They refused 2 returns of shoes which had not been worn for more than 2 minutes to try them on inside my home. They are thieves and when they finally returned the expensive laboutin shoes to me they were disgustingly thrown into the box without care. The customer service is appallingâŠavoid avoid avoid.
I bought trainers on 12th April
I bought trainers on 12th April, said will be delivered today 18th April. I checked email, and said they were delivered on the 13th and Iâm in Glasgow, I didnât have any delivery. I emailed them they said they didnât recognise my order number or my name and address. So I sent them a screenshot of my order, payment ect. They emailed back said they made a mistake, they are supposed to be here today. I checked the DHL tracking they have now provided, and itâs saying on hold, I donât even know on hold where. Service is shocking, donât even know if and when I will receive my trainers £186, and still no trainers. I contacted DHL International today, they said they havenât even created a shipping invoice yet. So Iâve had to email Level shoes again, to create a shipping invoice, Iâm not happy at all. Well my trainers arrived today, 22nd April,they are beautiful but the service hasnât been great
HUGE SCAMMERS
I am always promising myself not to order from them ever again, but this was really the last time I had anything to do with them.
My previous experiences were terrible also, even though they promise next day delivery I always had to wait weeks for the orders to arrive.
This time I sent a shoe for them to sell, which they informed me they have a proposal about, which I can check in my profile, but the proposal was not there, so of course I couldn't accept nor reject anything. After requesting them to sort out the issue for weeks (you can guess without success) they kept selling me reminders that if I don't accept the proposal they will automatically accept it on my behalf and start selling it!!! Even though I kept sending them emails of the issue, I've asked them multiple times, to send the proposal in email then, so I can have a look at it. They always reply to the email of course, but they do not aim to help, they just want to "show" they care when they don't.
My case is still not resolved and waiting for my shoe to arrive back or to be compensated for the 4,100 AED loss.
