From my personal experience in the broker industry (20+ years), I have never encountered a situation like this.

In my case, FXLevels / Levelssocials did not release my funds after I requested a withdrawal, and they retained full control over the account. This situation is very concerning to me.

Based on my understanding, FXLevels / Levelssocials appears to be registered in Saint Lucia, where there is no financial regulator providing investor protection. This means clients may have limited options if withdrawal requests are not processed.

If you are in a similar situation, I would recommend:

* If you paid via Visa: contact your card issuer and ask about the chargeback procedure and to start an investigation.

* If you paid via bank transfer: contact your bank immediately to explore possible recovery options.

I am sharing my personal experience to inform others and encourage caution when dealing with this company.
