My experience with the "Level Up In…
My experience with the "Level Up In Tech" program was nothing short of transformative, especially considering I had no professional tech background. Over six months, the program provided hands-on learning, offering a clear roadmap for acquiring essential tools and obtaining certifications in cloud technology. Despite its challenges, which pushed me to excel, I emerged with newfound skills and confidence. Additionally, I left the program with a comprehensive portfolio showcasing the projects I had completed, further bolstering my credentials in the tech industry. The program's comprehensive approach has not only equipped me with the technical expertise needed for a career in tech but has also fostered a supportive community that continues to propel my professional growth. I highly recommend "Level Up In Tech" to anyone, regardless of their prior experience, seeking to advance their career in the tech industry.

My Time At Level Up In Tech
My time at LUIT was the best time I could have had in my tech career at that point. I was at a crossroads on where to go in my career and tried different avenues before deciding on the cloud. Before joining I had no cloud experience at all outside of studying for the AWS Cloud Practitioner in the summer of 2022 and going into the program allowed me to learn skills that I would have otherwise not been familiar with going down this path. I was a tad bit skeptical about the program as I've heard the stories around bootcamps but I saw previous success stories and I took the plunge and I'm glad I did.
Level Up In Tech is a legit program that will help your career if you're willing to put in the work if you're new to this side of tech and want to get into tech period. I can only speak to my experience and not others as I learned the skills that have allowed me to excel in the job that I have now. One thing that would help LUIT I think is helping students who are still struggling to land jobs even after the program has ended or offering resources to the students still struggling to pass a certification that would otherwise help them get in the conversation for a possible job opportunity.
Overall, Level Up In Tech has helped me and many others land jobs in a competitive field, and given us the skills to provide us with a better life. It is a program that is still growing daily and putting out some of the best tech talent out there led by real tech talent/coaches.
