This was not an easy case (as three years ago I fell into an old, approximately 10-metre-deep well), as initially no one accepted responsibility. However, thanks to Joanna’s experience and determination, she managed to secure not only the amount I expected, but a significantly higher compensation – which came as a huge and very positive surprise for our family.

The whole process took 3 years, but throughout that time I could clearly see the progress, and I was kept fully informed at every stage. Levenes arranged and covered the cost of all necessary medical examinations, including CT scans, psychiatric assessments, MRI scans and others, ensuring a complete understanding of my injuries.
