Levin furniture is the worst place to buy furniture. there hi end furniture is garbage, constantly braking. you can't get them to fix it or stand behind their furniture. The only thing they are about is making the sale. Once it's out the door, you better hope it doesn't brake because your not going to get it fixed.

The furniture is not good quality and that’s why it’s not as expensive. DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY COVERAGE!! They find ways to deny it. Instead of standing behind their product, they look for a way out. We’ve bought several things there over the years and we’ve never had an issue. The first time we do! They deny the claim of a back cushion. $6000 couch and a button pops on the cushion but we didn’t tell them within 7 days. Pathetic….

Bought a sectional and the warranty which was said to cover against stains, punctures, rips and more. 3 year later the cushion is coming apart and our warranty claim was denied by Levins. Their furniture is junk and they do not stand behind their products or their warranties. I will never shop this garbage company ever again. Buyer beware.

The WORST! I voiced my unhappiness with the living room sectional three weeks after purchase ($4600). Was told they couldn't do anything about it, it had to be within a two-week period (convenient)! They did change the stuffing in the throw pillows to no avail. Six months now and looks like 20 years. I would NEVER buy from that company again! If I could rate them less than one, it would be off the charts negative.

If I could I would give them less than 1 in customer care. They don’t honor you.
