Desiree was absolutely lovely! She instantly put me at ease and made my infusion feel so relaxed and comfortable. Her consultation skills were fantastic, and I felt really well looked after the whole time.

The experience has turned my life upside down and has made me feel far worse than I was before; to the point it has almost cost me my life, and has cost me a lot of money. I was given a high dose iron infusion, when I wasnt actually anemic, which is against the medical pratice. I was medically advised to refrain from any further treatment from the clinic that puts thier financial gain before patients safety. Post the iron-treatment, I felt so unwell that I wanted to kill myself, and I am still dealing with the aftermath. The clinic is not cheap, and in a hope to get better I borrowed money to pay for supplements - that are still in my cupboard, and treatment. I have GP notes, A&E notes, specialist notes to back it all up as to how unwell I have been since the treatment at Levitas. I also had to stop my medication due to how my body got effected. The whole experience has been nothing short of traumatic and makes me feel very sad.

I have been seeing Dr Caitlin Scott at the Levitas Clinic in Guildford since 2023. The whole experience is always great from being greeted by the staff at reception to being seen by Dr Scott. She listens to me and takes my concerns seriously and always discusses with me what treatment plans are best for me and prescribes the medication that I required accordingly. An excellent Doctor in a great clinic.i cannot speak highly enough of the Levitas Clinic Guildford.

I have been using the clinic for over a year, on a treatment programme. The service I have received has been exceptional and has revolutionised my life. I have learnt a great deal about functional medicine, particularly around gut health, which both myself and my family have put into practice, with exceptional results. I am fortunate enough to be able to be under Dr Ash Kapoor, who is an expert in this field. I see him on a regular basis and this is normally at the weekends, which is more convenient for me. I cannot speak highly enough of the service that I have received. I have recommended to both friends and family.

Exceptional Care During a Challenging Time

I recently completed three weeks of intensive IV therapy at the Levitas clinic in Guildford, and I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team.

From the physician associates and doctors to the administrative staff, every single person I encountered provided outstanding care. What impressed me most was how my needs were consistently anticipated before I even had to ask. The level of attention and thoughtfulness made what could have been an exhausting experience far more manageable.

During a time when I was feeling tired, overwrought and emotionally vulnerable, the team showed genuine kindness and compassion. Nothing was ever too much trouble, whether it was a clinical need or simply a moment of reassurance, they were there with warmth and professionalism.

The atmosphere at the clinic strikes the perfect balance of warmth and friendliness whilst maintaining the highest professional standards. The staff didn't just treat my condition, they cared for me as a person, which made all the difference during those challenging weeks.

I'm deeply grateful for the care I received and would wholeheartedly recommend the Levitas clinic to anyone seeking not just excellent medical treatment, but truly compassionate, patient-centered care.

I have attended the private Levitas Clinics for several years. I have always received a detailed consultation from professional & kind team. They will do their utmost to make you comfortable.
I have regular treatment for iV to keep myself healthy . And time to time I am prompted to take supplements especially after a blood test for my needs by the amazing professional team.
I have had Shockwave treatment few years ago for my hips when I could not sit on any surface due to little accident at home.

I approached Dr. Ash Kapoor at Levitas clinic in Guildford a few months back with a pretty complex issue, having never experienced anything like what I had prior to now in my life. I can only say that Dr. Kapoor is an absolute ‘life saver’, his genuinely caring and accommodating approach immediately helped me to settle and gave me a feeling that I am in ‘safe hands’. Dr. Kapoor is focused on understanding and eliminating a real root cause of any illness, rather than prescribing some medication that just deals with subsiding symptoms. I can also say that entire team at the Levitas clinic is totally amazing. I have had various interactions with the reception team and everyone is super friendly and accommodating. I would like to name especially Manny, Amy, Ruby, Victoria and Stephanie.

Levitas offer proactive healthcare like I’ve never experienced before. Their approach gets to the root causes rather than just masking symptoms, and they provide natural, effective solutions that feel completely aligned with how I want to live and care for my body.

What’s different is how genuinely heard and understood I’ve felt. Everything is explained clearly, and the support is personal and consistent — whether through consultations or follow-up calls, they are always there when I need them. The telephone service is excellent and responsive, and I’ve never felt alone on the journey.

For the first time, I feel empowered about my own health and wellbeing, knowing I can improve it step by step with the right support behind me.

I found Desiree to be outstanding in terms of her excellent and professional quality of service, her patience in diagnosing my bacterial chest infection when I could hardly utter a sound due to being struck down with excessive coughing, getting a prescription sorted quickly and all this being followed through with genuine aftercare advice (given to me at the consultation and also via email). Desiree is easy to talk to (even during one of my coughing fits) and offered what I would describe as being an excellent sevice of high standard. I cannot recommend Desiree highly enough.

The Levitas Clinic in Guildford offers a truly superb level of dentistry and care. My initial dental check was so thorough and included a review of my neck and jaw to clarify all was good. My x-ray revealed a cavity that today resulted in a completely (!) painless deep filling that hopefully has saved the nerve and the necessity for later root canal treatment. Dr Elgamaz is an absolutely brilliant dentist! I will never go anywhere else! Liz Kirk
