Echo comments on here. Absolute scam. Smart life intelligent vacuum cleaner .. same product7.99 on Amazon but no doubt equally not fit for purpose

Bought a Clean buddy 4 in 1 robot vac/cleaner from Levora £80.
What arrived was a smart life vac. A toy worth no more than £10. It is 15cm in size and is absolutely useless and nothing like advertised. I tried to return and advised the cost would be £30 due to tracking requirements to China.
I went to my bank and managed to retrieve my money through a disputed transaction with Levora who trade as WNR E commerce BV. Do the same if you have been scammed, best way to stop them.

ORDEED NEVER ARRIVED TOLD NUMEROUS DIFFERENT STORIES ABOUT THE DELAY THEN THEY SAID REDUND PROCESSED THAT NEVER ARRIVED CHASED TO BE TOLD IT HAD ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED CANT PROVIDE SHIPPING DETAILS ! Went to bank for refund

They upgraded their model and i really love it!

Ordered in February been told it was lost in the post !replacement sent March stilll not arrived and now zero response to my emails DO NOT ORDER

Less than 1 star! Scam company, item junk, I actually thought it was a joke. You have no hopes of a refund from them either. I will contact my card provider in the hopes of reporting fraud.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!! My partner ordered me the robot vacuum as a gift after seeing ads on social media. What arrived was a flimsy usb powered tiny piece of plastic junk the pound shop might sell - for £90!!! Been a nightmare to try and get a refund. Ignore the adverts on social media it is a complete con and I’m not sure how they are allowed to continue to operate

Please avoid. I bought an 'ice cream machine' under their trading name Revora. Exactly the same experience as described here, literally looks like a child's toy, definitely does not make ice cream!! Claims to be a 'frozen fruit dessert maker' - I'm scared to plug it in, for fear of almost certain electrocution! I have also been offered 10, 15 now 20% as a good will gesture. Laughable. I purchased it using Klarna, so it will be interesting to see how that pans out.
It genuinely makes me angry but also so sad that these 'people' exist. Lesson learned, I was fooled by a fake review of Top 5 of these products. Never, ever buy from a name you don't know. I wish you could give negative scores here.

Absolute scam company. Ordered the robot cleaner and what I received was like a child’s toy. Requested to return the item was offered various refunds as cost to return the item was quoted to me as £30. Agreed to £60 refund but it never came. Ended up doing a charge back on credit card and then they had the cheek to email me 3 months later telling me I’d ’hurt the company’ . I wasn’t going b to post a review but I’ve seen them start advertising again. Please steer clear.

This is just a note to all the honest people out there not to deal or buy anything from the company trading as Levora - offering deals on Robotic Vacuum Cleaners, their AD is polished and looks legit. But what you get is nothing like what they are advertising!!! its worth about £2.!!!! Whole thing is a complete SCAM. Im currently enjoying an email battle with them ( or their AI response ) promised me a refund back in January!!! still in the pending stage of refunding! Anyway, deal with them at your peril!!!! LOL

Order and got confirmation then got told there’d been a recall and a delay so I requested a refund to be told no as it’s dispatched
Needless to say I’ve received nothing and they’re refusing to refund

I placed an order from a company which advertised as Levora and had the email of Levora. Co. Uk.
It appears that the company that I ordered the item from is masquerading as this company.
I see from the other latest reviews, the company is one and the same!
Totally confused but needless to say, I have received nothing!!

Fraudulent company, do not buy off these at all! Absolutely disgusting - fraud
Absolutely disgusting, tried for cancel the product within a few hours they stated it had been dispatched only to then receive the product 2 months later. These were robot hoovers that were the size of a drinks placemat. I pushed fo a refund and they refused to refund or accept return of the product as it was shipped from China. Do not hit from this company, they are fraudulent They then tried to challenge the review.

They take your money for a decent product, you wait over a month then when it arrives it is cheap plastic rubbish, Not what is advertised. It comes in an unrecognised box because it’s not what you ordered with no way of contacting or returning the item. When the item finally shows up on another advert and you are able to trace them they tell you it is past the 14 day return period then even your credit company won’t help

Kicking myself for being so naïve.
Facebook advertisement that led me to their "co.uk" website. A convincing looking website with images and videos of the product. Take time to look through it properly though, you can't even click on their so called reviews and they have a countdown timer for their end of winter sale which miraculously resets every day. Doh! The best part is they say IT IS MADE IN THE UK. Cannot be any further from the truth.

Quickly ordered, received confirmation, all good. 4 days later an email from them claiming a recall on a recent batch. I instantly requested a refund as my confidence in the product dropped + I needed it for a certain time. Days later I finally got a response saying refund not possible as it was already dispatched (?). They either waited for this to happen before replying to me or its false. Their advice was for me to wait for item and return for full refund - the catch - they don't pay for postage and its to go to Asia. What happened to "made in the UK"? I'd be spending almost the same if not more for the pleasure of postage costs and for them to send this same item off to some other poor person. And I'm still out of pocket.
Through my many emails with slow slow slow responses I requested evidence of dispatch as my tracker number only takes me back to when I first purchased it. Its been stuck on that date the whole time for a month. They have not given me this evidence. I have concluded I won't be getting this product, and going by other reviews I won't be using it if I do. Lesson learnt. Bank contacted.

Very poor if any customer service. Placed order robot vacuum. Received order confirmation and an email saying it has been dispatched 04:00 later.
The tracking # they've given me isn't trackable. Tried to contact them several times with no joy.
Decided to Google and shocked to see complaints. SCAM???
