John is extremely knowledgeable and communicates with non-tech people very clearly. He has identified my problem and fixed it first go while leaving me instructions about how to proceed if this type of fault reoccurs.
He's very accommodating and I thoroughly recommend him.

Found Lewis Computech online and am beyond impressed with their service! John the techie was attentive, taking the time to understand my tech issues thoroughly. The technician who helped me was not only knowledgeable but also explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my computer and even offered to replace the part, which I didn’t need as I had a spare. I was especially impressed by their fair pricing. Highly recommend them for any computer repairs or tech assistance!

John was very knowledgeable and fixed my computer issue very quickly. He also checked our files and programs to ensure there wasn't anything on them that shouldn't have been. Will definately be using them for our IT in the future.

John the Technician, was very good, he listened to what the problem was, he efficiently located the problem and explained what was happening and helped with the solution by ordering the parts needed to fix the problem and gave me a tentative date for completing the job.

Job done well, timely and with very good communication
Lewis Computech did a fantastic job when it came to updating our churches web hosting services and email services. We were working under a tight timeframe and were able to transition all our accounts without any loss of data and in a timely manner. What i like about the services is that Lewis Computech layered out all our options, costs, advantages and disadvantages. THey also stated what was beyond their capabilties and what was within their scope of possibilities, which managed expectations. Job was done well done and would highly recommend the company for any job.

John did a terrific job fixing our email problem today. It was so bad that I had been missing emails for a while as it turned out. It is now all fixed up and working excellently and difficult fix to manage but John simply thought each step out logically and put it into practice one step at a time. He was absolutely terrific.
