Was recommended by local estate agent - contacted them and they arranged to do full survey the following week, with the report sent via email within 3 days!
Report was very detailed with drone pics of property - the surveyor (Ben) was happy to discuss any details that needed clarification afterwards over a phone call. Very friendly & professional throughout.

Highly Recommended! Both Diana and Amit provided a top notch service from start to finish, the survey and subsequent report was extremely thorough. Once the survey was complete Amit was more than happy to clarify anything I was unsure of on the phone free of charge, no stone was left unturned. Thank you!

They were incredibly responsive throughout the whole process, swiftly booked in my survey and provided the thorough report shortly afterwards. From the outset we received clear guidance and throughout the process the service was personal and efficient. Our survey was fantastic - we couldn’t believe the contrast with our previous experience. We are delighted with the survey report, which was turned around in a very short time and it’s given us confidence in proceedings with our house purchase. Staff at Lexington were helpful and informative at all stages and were keen to ensure we were happy with the work they carried out - which we definitely were.

I would highly recommend Lexington Surveyors. From my initial email, I received prompt and informative communication. The report was thorough, and the surveyor spent time talking me through the report before we committed to the purchase.

Drone footage of roof was a plus point. On the negative side, the surveyor wrongly stated there was a cess pit, whereas the property is connected to the mains sewerage. In addition, the three windows that had broken hinges were also not pick up.

The surveyor provided a clear, detailed report and kept me well‑informed throughout the process. Communication was prompt and professional, and the findings were explained in a way that was easy to understand. A smooth and reliable experience from start to finish.

I recently used Lexington Surveyors and was very impressed. They were quick to respond and schedule the work, everything ran on time and as planned. Amazing from start to finish. I cannot fault this company one bit. The price was reasonable and included free drone service. They were very easy to reach and very prompt responses over email. Diana has been amazing- soon as I agreed to proceed and provided the details they called the agents to book in the survey. and kept me updated all along the way and responded to all my queries after. Jack to surveyor was also great and gave me a detailed breakdown of the report and even was happy to have another follow up call with me a few days later. I would definitely recommend!

As we are buying our first property, we had a lot of questions after viewing the property. We needed to have a survey done. Lexington explained the process and we had Ben to do the survey on that day.
After the detailed report was sent to us and we had time to read through and draw up questions. Ben called us to run through the report with him, answering all our question and provide some very useful needed information and recommendations.
