The jacket I bought I'm not at all happy with I sent you an email and pictures of it back in March last year 25th and no one ever did anything to replace the jacket. The color came off of the jacket discolored very unhappy with the product and would not buy it again.

Ordered two jackets. One jacket arrived after two months and already looked like the "leather" was peeling from the back and smelled horrible. Second jacket never arrived and even after emailing customer service numerous times, never received my refund. I had to go through my payment method to get a refund.

Took over 2 months to come and the quality was really cheap!!

I ordered. jacket January 2023, I was given 3 dates and still no jacket it is now 12 months later and they don't answer any emails or my request for a refund. $200 thrown away literally!!!

Good quality for the price. It does take at least 3 weeks to arrive.

Giving one star is the lowest you are able to rate. If I could, I'd have given zero. I ordered a jacket in January of 2023. I was informed it would take longer than originally expected(2 weeks instead of 8 days). I said no worries. The first 3 months after the order was placed I received excuse after excuse as to why it hadn't shipped yet. After that they stopped corresponding. I've had no communication from them at all. I also have no jacket. The company is awful. It's a scam.

I can't believe this company is still in business!!!! I haven't received the jacket I ordered or any money back that I've requested. They won't respond to any of my efforts to communicate with them nor will they respond to FTC. If anyone feels the need to just throw away money, send it to Lexther!

Well let me tell you, I placed an order with , Leather on November 26th. 2022, and I haven't received it yet, I text them no reply I call no answer, what a way to run a business I would like to either get my money back or my coat, here it's July10th.2023 and still waiting.

Never received my package and you guys were still trying to pull money from my account. Never again.

It's very nice very professional I put this all my paperwork want to go in people's homes I do estate planning and this serves a purpose for sure

I ordered a jacket in November it's the end of June I still don't have a jacket I haven't been refunded the money I spent $48 returning the jacket that didn't fit I was told that a new shipment in my size was coming in in 2 weeks 4 months ago and never heard back. Now your asking me to rate Lexther LLC.

Very nice jacket, if it faster shipping would be nice

My order was delivered to the wrong address by FedEx. They told me to contact you so you could make a claim and send me another jacket or refund my money. You sent a picture of the porch it was delivered to and I told you it wasn't my porch or address. You never responded again even though I emailed you many times. I have no jacket and lost $129 to you.

First jacket arrived late and only after requesting refund. I'd ordered the wrong size, no big deal, that's on me. I paid to have it shipped back and exchanged for a larger size. Never arrived. Was told repeatedly it would come, kept receiving broken tracking links until finally customer service stopped responding altogether. After nearly six months, no jacket and no response to my request for refund. I will never shop here again.
