Wat een geweldige ervaring! Vanaf het eerste moment voelde ik me welkom en op mijn gemak. Het team is ontzettend behulpzaam en neemt ruim de tijd om jurken te laten passen. Zelfs als de jurk die je in gedachten had niet helemaal past, denken ze met je mee en komen ze met prachtige alternatieven die wél bij jou aansluiten. Ze luisteren goed naar je wensen, geven eerlijk advies en zorgen ervoor dat je met een goed gevoel de deur uitgaat. Absoluut een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar de perfecte jurk!💕

Top ervaring. Heel goed geholpen, na 1 jurk proberen had k gelijk mijn jurk gevonden! Was mijn 2de keer en wist zeker dat ik mijn jurk zou vinden!!

My friend and I purchased a dress each and they are very beautiful but the sizing was a big issue. We followed the sizing guide on the website and were recommended to size up as turkish sizes run small. We did just that and the dresses were too big on both of us. We tried to call the customer service and send messages through Whatsapp but, first of all it took a bit more time and effort to reach them than I thought and second of all we did not receive the help we were promised. I tried to communicate my dissatisfaction and that I wanted to exchange the dresses for a smaller size however that was not possible. We already payed the shipping when first buying the dresses and now we, according to the policy, would have to pay the shipping to return the dresses (which would land at about 60 euros) and then pay the shipping for the new order. It seems ridiculous to charge 200 euros for dresses and then when the sizing is not accurate on the website we have to go through extra hoops just to receive fitting dresses. The customer service stopped answering me and my friends messeges so we had to tailor the dresses instead which is an extra hassle that would not have happened if Leyna dresses had helped us. After tailoring the dresses fit good, still some bagginess that tailoring couldn't fix because of a time crunch but even then it would be a bigger job than it needs to be. Would've loved to purchase again if not for the poor customer service.

Ik had een afspraak ingepland staan om jurken te passen en was een uur te laat op mijn afspraak gekomen vanwege file, ondanks de drukte daar werd ik toch heel fijn geholpen voor mijn verloving. Ik heb heel veel complimenten gehad over mijn jurk! 🤍

Ik ben super fijn geholpen door Aleyna. De jurken waren allemaal prachtig waardoor ik niet kon kiezen. Naderhand ook mijn jurk mogen ruilen omdat ik een andere toch leuker vond. Ook mijn moeder heeft hier een prachtige jurk gevonden. Allebei erg blij met onze jurk en hier veel complimenten over gekregen. Bij een volgende gelegenheid komen wij zeker terug!

Voor mijn verloving heb ik een jurk gehaald bij Leynadresses. Tijdens het passen waren ze zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik heb een hierdoor een erg prettige ervaring bij Leynadresses en de jurk is van zeer goede kwaliteit, ik zal zeker in de toekomst meer jurken aanschaffen!!
