I just wanted to mention L & F care to anyone who is looking for care for their loved one. They are amazing team and the love and care they give to my Mum is incredible. They are so thoughtful, caring and reliable, nothing is too much trouble for them. My Mum canbe awkward sometimes but they are so patient with her. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

L&F have been looking after my Mum (94) since she came out of hospital and was determined to live at home 18 months ago. For the past 9 months mum has been bed bound and yet her care is so good with 4 visits a day there is not a single pressure sore. The staff are all so caring and kind and friendly that even my Mum who can be cantankerous at times really loves them. They are the only reason mum is not in care which she hated with a passion. As I live 3 hours away I find the constant communication and updates very reassuring and the staff will always go the extra mile with mum ie waiting with her after hours until the paramedics or GP arrives and are in constant touch with me and also Gp and local pharmacies if her meds are low etc. they administer all her drugs and coordinate her nursing visits etc etc
I could go on and on but I think one of their best accolades is when mums social worker, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, GP, practice pharmacist, practice nurse, hospital consultant, discharge coordinator- every single NHS worker who has had contact with Mum have made a point of praising the quality of care she gets and how lucky we are as a family to have them.
They are 100% reliable and never miss a visit even when the snow was a foot deep!
I cannot recommend them highly enough and I’m so grateful to them for making my Mums last few years more bearable. Amazing!
