Buyer be warned! There is no clear way for returns and absolutely zero customer support. I have emailed 3 times inquiring to their return portal and have not received any replies. There is an address to ship to but it states "refunds are not guaranteed"!!! WHAT!!! Never heard of such a egregious policy for returns from any online company. Obviously never ordering again from this company.

Very poor quality and no response back from customer service when attempted to email.

The shoes have been delivered but they are not as described - they are also too small and have plastic moulded soles so are not worth the money at all - have contacted them about a return - let’s see what happens - what a shame

This company is a FULL SCAM! I ordered a dress from here they were called SERENA at the time however now they’ve changed their name to NIVARNA. At first when I ordered the order took ages to come & I spoke to someone called Yasmine who told me it was due to high volume of orders which is understandable however when I received the item it was poorly made and nothing like the picture when getting back in touch she told me to return the item which I did only for it to get returned back to me I have tried numerous amount of times to contact themselves but to no avail and the email is now coming up as spam

I am so upset. Why didn’t I read the reviews before ordering? They have rebranded themselves as Serena UK so please beware. I ordered their coach bag online since the 20th of November with fast shipping and Till today, this item isn’t here. When I tracked it, it initially says it would be delivered between 11-18th of December, but it now tells me 28th of February. I have contacted customer service for a refund as it was meant to be birthday gifts for my friends but they refused, claiming I had 24hrs only to cancel. Please do not use these guys!

I ordered multiple clothing items on Black Friday, it shipped on December 3rd supposedly, and now here we are December 19th and I still don’t have a package. I have asked for a refund multiple times and they refuse to give me one. DO NOT ORDER from this company!

Absolutely obsessed with this company! The clothes are amazing quality and so cute they really have items for everyone! Also great shipping! I 100% recommend!

Just received my order but it came straight from amazon!! I thought I was ordering from a boutique with boutique grade clothing. My set definitely looks and feels like Amazon quality. Needless to say I feel deceived by this purchase.

I feel deceived. All the items I ordered can also be found on Temu for more than half the price. I ordered from a boutique because I wanted quality and instead, I ended up paying an excessive amount of money for cheap items that I could have just gotten off Temu.

Can never get into site with codes after codes and returning an item is impossible.

I really like the dress that I bought. It fits very nicely - super cute. However, it does say white on the website and it is not white and so it doesn’t match to sleeve very well. When I reached out, I was informed that I could return it, but no one asked if I would like to have a discount on another order. I feel like they could have done a better job of that. It was my first time ordering and I’m not sure I will again.

My item was good Quality and I received it timely!

I have had to contact customer service 3 times for various things (two of them not issues) and EVERY TIME I’ve gotten a timely response that I’ve been happy with. All 3 times I feel they’ve gone above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Quality products and quality service.

I was really concerned to have ordered from this company once I saw all the negative reviews. Honestly I felt like this may have been an expensive mistake and I would have to live with what I did without enough investigating.
Two of my items came quickly (obviously from Utah) while the other four items came from China. Not what I had agreed to. After 10 days I got my other 4 items and they were all fine. Style and fabric like what I saw in the photos. I can’t complain about what I got. I am satisfied! I did get a warning that this company has been known for using phishing so beware. That was a definite negative strike against using this site !!

I place my order 2 weeks ago and still have not received my items.It looks like the boutique is in Georgia but looks like it shipped out from China which is disappointing.

The clothes are ok. The shipping is horrendous. One of my items shipped from the US so it was pretty quick. I'm still waiting on the remainder of my order, which was placed almost a month ago. I just kept being told that it's shipping soon. Shipped from Wuhan, China - which is not advertised on their website. Hopefully I get the rest of my order.

Only received part of my order. No updates or tracking on missing piece. 3 items received were not the quality I expected as appeared in the photos on the website, especially not for the price.

I placed an order on Saturday February 17th. On Sunday the 18th. The offered 30%off site wide for Presidents Day. They were offering the 30%off Sunday and Monday. I emailed Sunday and asked if I could have the offer. No response. I emailed on Monday and Tuesday. No response. When you send them an email. It creates a ticket. And the email states that you will hear back from them in 24 hours. And they monitor emails. I have heard absolutely nothing. I don’t think I asked a hard question. Their customer service is the worst.
