Don't buy from them, and apply for a full refund before it is too late. And all the positive reviews are fake.

I ordered from libazon 11 months ago, and I am endlessly getting same answer whenever I ask them about the items "It needs few more weeks". They have poor customer service (they rarely answer), worst shipping application ever tried.

I believe nothing will be delivered anymore to customers, it was a total waste of money. Even refund is currently a worse option due to the Lebanese economic inflation. (Noting that, refund also needs weeks to be done)

Very bad service and unprofessional, they do not answer the calls and barely reply on whatsapp. The order is placed since july 2020 and didnt receive any item of the order till now. I do not recommend this app, it’s a loose of money and time. Go with aliexpress u will receive ur order within 1 month

Bad service ! Bad experience .. more than 10 months and still waiting my items. Every time i contact them they say there is more delay.

I ordered in july 2020 and paid the fee and till date the item has still not been delivered.
Every time i ask they give a different unacceptable reason for not delivering.

This dekan shop is a scam. They were quick to ask you to pay via western union ( they are banned now). Masters of deception and lies, they are posting fake reviews here on trustpilot . I orderd my stuff from october 2020 and and payed by western union and till now april 2021 i didn't recieved my order notting that the delivery date is on 30 november 2020.
I dont understand how a company like yourself allows someone to pay without receiving order and no one answers me. This is unprofessional and stupid. I want my money back. You have just gave me the worst experience and if my money is not returned i will contact my lawyer and sue you.

It is a Ponzi scheme, they will never Fulfil your items or refund your orders even if u waited 9 months, In addition the replies of their Lebanese team are illogic.... Not recommended at all. I know you will delete my comment, but I will keep posting it.

simply scammers after all the time iv been loyal customer they screwed me up i have many orders with total of 40 million lebanese lira and i have been waiting for more then 9 months at last they tell me we refunded you cause i told them i will sue you and they ddnt like that so they refunded me the amount that does worth now s**t while the items i ordered worth more than 180 million lebanese lira i told them i just want my items but never respond with reasonable answer always we have nothing to say so if u can't control ur company mr. mohammad just dnt try making such a business get something in ur league cause ppl are not finding money on trees shame on you libazon team really non responsible always treating customers like s**t as if we need them not vise versa but what can i say maybe they had their profit from converting our money really it's a shame not caring about customers

Its an amazing experience I got everything I need from libazon

Worst online scam you can go through, its a scam. Been waiting for my item for more then 6 months, they delayed it 3 times already,

Stupid Fraud Website:
1-they will never Fulfil ur items or refund ur orders even if u waited 9 months
2-they deleted all negative comments from their fb page
3- they're posting fake positive reviews on trustpilot and lebgeeks ( all not lebanese fake accounts drom Philippines and etc )
4- they have Fake lebanese reviewer on Facebook groups
5- the woman called wijdan is piece of **** liar
6- their lebanese office is closed and no one replying to WP or calls or even by email
7- according to customs&duties annual report of 2020 it seem Libazon only fulfilled 3790 order from 14260 order!!!
8- Unable to sue them! their main office is in UK lebanese Branch is just Delivery and handling service! What! !

Scam Website they will take money and never refund u or send u the order bunch of liers !

10 months and still waiting.
Unless you are giving away your money, don't buy from this site
