The App performance is not consistent. Most of the time doesn't work.

Delays with no explanations i hadcto do the follow up...

I ordered an iphone 11, it took 2 months to arrive which is good considering the COVID-19 situation.

The iphone was just as described, brand new and sealed.

It was delivered to my home address by Aramex, no extra fees were payed.

Great service and support.

I will definitely order again.

Very slow shipping.
It takes long time for the order to be received in their head office and when they ship it to Lebanon it takes even more time to deliver.
Prices of items are increasing rapidly (50% in less than a month)
Improve and reconsider.

Shipping was slow due to covid-19 pandemic but I received my item as promised.

A very good App, a very good sale, but still they need to have a bigger staff, because there’s lots of orders and no workers to handle them fast. The order says 20-25 days to be delivered so it goes from 25 days to 60 days at least. I don’t know if it’s from Lebanon or from London. But the good thing is that the order will get to you very good packaged and not damaged.

Tracking for the delivery is not good expected delivery date is very different from the actual date.
Other than that the products are as described and no extra costs were added.

Ok so for everyone saying that this is not legit, i want to tell you that's your wrong, libazon is the best shopping application in lebanon, i received my items exactly as described, yes the delivery time is a little bit long but please remember that you are shipping items from outside Lebanon and let's not forget about corona lockdown as well, if you kept asking each day the support team where's my order it won't come faster! just order sit back and wait for the delivery. I want to thank Raja as well the owner for her help and fast responses.

I've had a bad experience after waiting for 2-3 months with constant messaging, I received a product different than the one I purchased.
I was so disappointed because I really needed the item and the return will also take a long time so now I'm waiting for a refund. Not worth the risk.

This is my 2nd purchase with libazon. The first one i had a miscommunication with the support team and i was sceptical about their performance and delay. Still i got my item after almost 2 month.
I ordered a 2nd order since still 1500 l.l rate is worth the wait. What i found and still finding is that every day they are making the prices higher and higher. And the item i ordered got 1000000 l.l higher and almost all the items if you guys monitor. So the 1500 rate became a joke and a scam. Other than that the support team doesn't reply or answer and if so they reply after a very long time with the minimum. I tried to reach uk team which were fast response and asked about a question...they answered while the lebanese team answered after a while the opposite thing literally!!!! With zero information! What a nightmare process for a client in reaching an info from a support team!
And at last the 2nd order now 2 weeks old and still not recieved in uk and apparently many orders from different client which are older are still the same! And all the info i recieved is that there is delay which is not true because all trading process in europe are resumed and shipping ( even in the middle of first corona wave were faster ) and that i should to expect my order to be receive after 2 month while when i ordered the item it was max 21 to 23 days!!
Really this is my last purchase which i hope i will not have to wait 2 more month.
In conclusion: worst customer service response and worst e-commerce ethics and platform and specially worst user experience regarding the application and website flow

Extremely bad customer support. They never answer and never provide information. I ordered two months + ago and still never received my order. Never Again!

Bad customer service. I ordered 2 month+ ago and the items are in the uk,poor tracking speed. Never again.

Ordered some items around mid of June, till now according to the order status on their website and their customer service (That i got in touch with several times), they did not receive the items in the UK yet.

It's been almost 2 months since the order was paid... I know that there is delays due to the current situation all around the world, but 2 months to deliver an item within the UK? That's kind of too much, and still not sure if it's going to be delivered at all.

Update: I received one of my orders and the other one is on it's way to me (About 10 days till delivery). My first order was a mobile phone (Note 10), item was as described, but i received a fake S pen along with it...

Overall experience was bad to be honest, the 4 stars are strictly related to the lower prices comparing to the local market, delivery wont be in less than 8-10 weeks.

I do recommend speeding things up a bit, or at least properly keep the buyer updated.

The customer support are amazing, the products were shipped and are exactly what i ordered. The only downside is that it takes time to arrive (2 months+) but its worth it and i will always order from Libazon
