We provide a personal approach to help companies claim tax relief for investing in innovation; spending money on developing new products, processes or services; or enhancing existing ones. They can receive either a cash payment and/or Corporation Tax reduction. We are passionate about our down to earth approach, offering a personalised service to our clients. We work collaboratively to break free from the traditional, impersonal, and formulaic paint-by-numbers method. Our team consists of chartered tax advisors, sector specialists, and an ex-HMRC R&D tax inspector. This combined with our three-step QA process creates our robust claim method for submitting claims.

Excellent service, great team

The R&D team at Liberty Collins are knowledgeable and friendly, they took the time to understand the particulars of the project, and made the whole process easy and straightforward.

Great service. Highly recommend.

Carmelcrest Ltd is extremely pleased with the service that Liberty Collins provides.

We have used different R&D Tax consultants in the past and receive marketing calls from R&D consultancies all the time. My experience is that most of them just want to get you in, have a ‘quick call’ then stick in a claim and earn the commission.

Liberty Collins on the other hand genuinely do feel like an extension to our business. They meet the team face to face and make the effort to understand our operation in detail, giving honest advice on what can and cannot be claimed. Because of this I know that the claims we send to HMRC are genuine and accurate. Which really does help you sleep at night!

They have also helped our business with other matters beyond the scope of R&D, completely free of charge. For example they currently help one of our colleagues who is studying for their tax exams by providing training and mentoring on how to prepare corporation tax computations.

Most of all, they are a lovely team of people who we enjoy working with.
