I was a nervous wreck when I contacted Liberty Cremations I had just lost mum the ladies on the phone were so kind patience understanding caring and very informative. Not only was I very ill I had caught what killed my mum and I was sorting out mums cremation if it wasn't for the lady's on the phone I wouldn't have managed it thank you from the bottom of my heart ♥

We have used Liberty twice now and, apart from a little hiccup when the ashes went to the wrong town, I found them very sympathtic and efficient. Also very reasonable financially compared to a full blown funeral.

I did my homework online and was pleased with the available services. Speaking with a live support was free of frustration. I appreciated the patience and guidance afforded to us through this extremely difficult period. We live in the US and used the services in the UK. I will recommend your services.

Due to the circumstances in which I used Liberty Cremations, I found Susie very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. She was always empathetic and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and she seemed to preempt what was needed at every stage. I would definitely use them again.

We were so impressed with the whole service provided by Liberty. Everyone we came into contact with was kind, friendly and compassionate. The whole process was dealt with efficiently and respectfully. We were also pleasantly surprised that they returned Mum's ashes on an agreed day in person. We would highly recommend Liberty. The process was so much less stressful than organising an attended cremation service, which really helped us at a difficult and emotional time.

Mum was 97 and had only a few close family and friends left alive when she died in February

We had talked openly about what would happen after her death

Mum had decided to be cremated but was adamant that she didn't want the fuss or extravagance of an expensive funeral
"Keep it simple" was the key

Liberty stepped in
Mum was collected within hours and cremated within two weeks
The cremation could have been attended , or not. Liberty even gave me the option of being at the cremation alone , which I thought very considerate

After the event Liberty offered to deliver Mums ashes to me at home, extremely thoughtful

As discussed with Mum, instead of a funeral, I was to compile a personalised gift pack for each of those that she loved

It was a wonderful and tearful experience going through years of photos and belongings
I carefully choose an item of jewellery or piece of memorabilia for each friend and relative who would otherwise have attended a funeral

Each pack is to be sent out ,with all her love and in her memory , from my Mum

Mum herself wants her ashes to be sprinkled at home in Scotland
She wants to be with Dad her dogs and my brother, so they could all sail away together

Liberty have been gentle calm and understanding all through our slightly alternative plan
So a huge thank you Liberty for making an extremely sad and heart wrenching situation , an efficient and easy process, just as Mum wanted x

Disrespectful to request a review after someone has died. Congratulations you burnt a body of a loved and cherished member of the family...i had to case at every step including the return of the ashes...may I suggest you respect the desd and stop chasing for a review

Liberty ensured that my cousin's ashes were transported at no extra cost and spread at the memorial garden in Brighton's crematorium. This is where his mother and my close relations' ashes had been spread over the decades. I was kept up to date during every stage of the process. Thank you
