It's great service

The History of Ancient Civilizations ebook gave me a fascinating look into past cultures and events. Adding more timelines or visual summaries would help readers understand complex topics more easily.

I have enjoyed finding books that fit different moods, from lighter reads to more thoughtful topics. Adding more curated reading lists around specific goals, such as improving focus or creativity, would make discovering books easier.

The Letters From Tomorrow ebook was an interesting read and gave me a different perspective on personal choices and growth. Adding more information about book themes and reader preferences would help people find titles that match their interests faster.

I would give this company zero stars if possible. I was invited to accept a 1p charge to view a video and foolishly accepted by using Apple Pay which I thought was safe as the credit card is not exposed to merchants. However under the covers this company set up a trial subscription for 1p for 1 day and then a monthly subscription of £34.99/month. It is very difficult to stop this once set up. The most effective and easiest way without having the hassle of getting a replacement credit card is getting the credit card provider to cancel the Merchant Token MPAN used by Apple Pay which I did. The 1p waste of money is no big deal but the hassle was annoying.

Absolute scam. 1 day trial for 1p has cost me £34.99 as the cancellation/unsubscribe links do not work. Very rude and clearly in on the scam customer support. They have a email response with the legal jargon on how they have followed the payment plan, even quoting the ability to cancel. Which they clearly prevent you from doing. Bank insists it legit so not fraud. A trial should be a trial but they scam you for a month. They should be ashamed and stopped. I’m working on who to report them to

It is likely they accessed the details held in an Apple Pay Wallet for the Bank Card held there. They seem to have hijacked a link from a hotel website clicked on via an iPhone in this case. They took the payment via a subscription service which makes it difficult to get cancelled by the bank, and gives the scammers time to get the money. All banks need to prevent payment to this scamming company. The banks are pretty useless in mitigating the risks of this company getting your hard earned money.

Money was charged from account for no reason. Never used their services before, first time seeing this website, just scammers.

I was charged €34.99 without receiving any service. I have reported the transaction to my bank and am pursuing a chargeback through my credit card provider.

as per all the other comments a total scam, trading standards needs to investigate this, many people will be unaware they are being scammed by this company. signing up to a subscription you neither need nor want and unable to cancel or get a refund, and give you nothing for their service, whatever that is!

Two payments (34.99 each time) have been taken (in Feb 2026 and March 2026)without any recollection of agreeing to payment. I have no idea if it was for a subscription - I have no idea. I too have put messages on the site - no reply sent back - and tried to phone them and they just kept me hanging on and didn’t answer. I have reported to the bank but I will not get any money back for the two payments made. I don’t understand how they were able to access Apple Pay (from where payments were made).

This is just a scam, please beware they will take £34.99 out of your account, and when you request a refund they will just keep on asking for more and more information. They don’t answer the phone, they just tell you to contact them online. Then they just pump you for more and more information. Please beware everyone.

Ashamed to say I just fell victim to the very same scam by this organisation. Contacted my bank to report it when I saw the pending payment and they said they had put a payment stop on it but it failed - payment left my account. Attempts to contact LIBRARYHUBS.COM and follow their own cancellation procedures on their website also failed. Customer service tel number just keeps you on a constant recorded message about all operators being busy and the 'Click Here' link to cancel doesn't function at all. What authorities can I report this to, anyone?

Total scam fraudsters! Ask for 0.01p to verify you're a person then take £34.99 from your bank because apparently "you've subscribed" !!!!
I emailed them and they said I had no subscription yet money gone from my bank!!!
