Encontré un libro que no encontraba en otras librerías. Llegó en perfectas condiciones. Me ha parecido una web muy útil y a muy buen precio. La unica pega es que no coincidía el tiempo en el que dijeron que lo enviarían y la realidad. Iba con un poco de prisa, en otra situación no me habría importado.

No han entregado y no contestan
Hice un pedido grande, de como 20 libros. Figura como entregado y no se me ha entregado. El mail de contacto con libristo al principio me contestaron rápido pero ya no contestan más, yo sigo sin los libros y ellos con el dinero. No tienen un teléfono de contacto y han decidido dejar de contestarme. Voy a hacer una denuncia formal ya que ha sido una compra importante. Muy decepcionada. No volveré a usar.

En cuanto Libristo, la experiencia ha sido buena.
Pero la empresa de mensajería no ha cumplido y esto hace que baje la nota de la experiencia.
La empresa de mensajería ha llevado el paquete directamente al punto de entrega sin intentar entregarlo en el domicilio.

Muy buena comunicación y perfecto embalaje.
El libro llegó más tarde de lo que imaginaba, 2 semanas, pero probablemente por ser una edición en inglés difícil de encontrar. El embalaje era perfecto, imposible que se hicieran desperfectos. Muy recomendable.

I ordered a book on the 3rd September…
I ordered a book on the 3rd September and I still haven’t received the book. DHL tracking says they attempted delivery 2 times, both times I was home. The update says the package is at “the depot” and support says we will get a notification of where to collect it. Nothing more. That was more than a week ago. The book is a text book for my son at school, it’s urgent. Not sure how I can speed things up further 🤷♀️

I've made about 6 orders
I've made about 6 orders, I've received all the books in good conditions except 1, that arrived with 10 missing pages .
Something that also bothers me is paying before knowing if all the books are available, and if some of them aren't, yo don't get your refund until you get the order. You have to be checking everything and making sure you receive everything correctly.
And not only for the money, if I need 5 books and I receive 3, the other 2 you have to end up buying them elsewhere because it takes so long for them to send books.
All-in-all, prices are unbeatable, and quality is fine, I wish they were a bit faster.

Carl Jung's 'Man and His Symbols '
I didn't mind how long it took to arrive. But what discontented me was the bad quality of the impression. First of all, the size: an already difficult book to read like this one (psychology for us, the average reader) the book is small size, like a pocket book, ans the font size is like half the usual one, so one not only has to put extra effort to understand it but also to try to read the little text. Second, the quality of the paper: I don't mind if its recycled or whatever, but the pages feel so bad under the touch, and not even one week after receiving it, all the corners are already peeking off, bever saw that in a printed book. Also, what a pity that for the significance that symbols have on this book, the whole pictures are poorly black-and-white printed. I wouldn't mind to pay extra for a better print. It's the first time I write a bad review for a print quality, ever.
