The books I ordered were delivered in mint condition. I really appreciated the option of paying upon delivery. The extra cost was negligible in my case.

They are the best. I needed two books for a lesson and asked them if they could send them a bit faster than usual and they did. They are also very good at communicating with the clients, always responding fast on emails

Misleading delivery date indication, books are ordered from other websites. Doesn't make a difference ordering straight from Czech republic websites yourself...

it took a month for my book to arrive…
it took a month for my book to arrive and then i have to search for it in various post offices as the company did not send me or leave me any details of where to find it. also there is no phone to call to ask questions.

Good price but long delivery time
Good price for the books, the cheapest I found online. The biggest problem is the really long shipping time… it took almost 3 weeks to deliver.
