The ordered books arrives in perfect condition, good customer support, good prices, however the shipping is usually slower compared with Amazon but I can live with it.

The book I ordered is excellent, the transport time was very quickly and not so expensive . It’s not ao hard to handle the website of libristore.
All in all I am completely satosfyed with my order and I can only offer it to anybody else.

I always order my coloring books from Libristo, they have a trustworthy customer service, fast shipping and great prices. If the shipping takes longer, they always reach out for me to tell this. Overall, Libristo is my first choice for books.

You have an amezing book colection. I can select easy, put everuthing in the cart, and then pay. Chusing the perfect payment and delivery is easy as well.

Nice quality books with great service, although it was not in stock at the moment they made it quick providing regular updates.

I ordered the books on February 6 and my packege was delibered to me on March 2.I was dissapointed with my order becouse The books were dameged and there packeging was so flimsy.Like a cardbored and a ton of tape won’t save them from damage.They didn’t even put the books in a proper catdbored box.The thing that tried to protect them looked like an origami game of a 10 year old.

low price but long time to get the things you order and when i get my books there are some scratch it on but honestly i thinks thats a good webshop

Found the books I was looking for. Filtering on the website could be made more user friendly though.

I have ordered 2 Dragonball 3in1 books. They arrived in perfect conidition. A little bit long from the distributor, but I'm happy that arrived in safe. I'm sure I'll order other books as the variety is unique in Hungary.

I order very often from Libristo as they have a very wide selection of English language books, however delivery time is very slow.
About 4-5 days after placing an order one gets an email saying the books are on the way to their warehouse but it's often more than 2 weeks more until the books are actually dispatched. Often I have to write to customer service regarding the order and ask about shipping and then usually they ship it the next day.
Customer service is good with prompt and polite responses. Their prices are also reasonable, its the prolonged delivery that makes the experience unsatisfying.

I ordered a manga and a novel in English. Both books arrived carefully wrapped and protected and in perfect condition, very fast (in 5 days). I could comfortably pick them up from a parcel locker on my way home. There was even a thank you message on the package translated to my language too. The website is also easy to navigate. I really had the feeling this is a very costumer focused shop. They know these orders are important to the customers and they also pay attention not to spam my e-mail address after shopping. Since then I got only two messages from them. I'll definitely check this shop the next time too, when I'll search for something in foreign language.

If i want manga libristo is the best choice for me

The order is not live until you pay for it. Then you wait for long weeks before it turns out that they can't fulfill it because the book you requested is out of stock. Then there are lengthy negotiations to cancel the order and refund the amount.I don't recommend anyone to order from here.
