I suddenly found that my Microsoft software had expired. I contacted License Tom and he immediately set about helping me with my problem. He sentme details to follow and toHe was patient with me as I am an 83 year old senior with very little technical abilities. I am grateful that he stuck with me until my problem was resolved and that I was up and running in due time. I only wish everyone that I've had to deal with were as kind, committed and, of course, knowledgeable. Grateful

Found a great Groupon deal on Office and despaired having to go through the typical Groupon labyrinth of codes in order to redeem my code and get the product. It was License Tom to the rescue! David actually walked me through the process and I was done in record time. If they are handling Groupon redemption-support now, I may have to unblock their offers!

Great team. I had trouble installing Windows 11 pro after receiving the activation Code. At first I thought I was scammed. But I insisted to contact the support team. I was surprised with how quick they responded especially on a Sunday. They gave me another activation code with instructions. After following the given instructions, I was able to download Windows 11 pro. Awesome team and will look forward to purchase more from. Thank you

License Tom is a very professional outfit.Not only they are on time (responding on time to all my follow up questions), they are also customer friendly and accommodated a mix up I had in my order. Highly recommended.

They send the wrong products and ask for reviews before sending the correct product. It was fast and cheap, but not honest. Also, this was not unprompted. It is REQUIRED if you want the correct product you ordered. It's a bait & switch. Also, the one for MacBook is more than likely not a genuine Microsoft Product since the key is preinstalled and you never see it, only the program. That should be a huge RED FLAG. Time will tell. For sure, though, the company is very dishonest. The order clearly said "Office for Mac," but they gave me a Windows version and are requiring positive feedback or more money before releasing the product I purchased.

I bought a Microsoft office 2021 last year and installed it in my PC. That device was lost in the house fire. I reached out to License Tom and they offered to give me another product for MS Office 2019. I am very satisfied because they did not have to do that. This is a nice company. After some confusion around selecting the correct download version for my computer License Tom was quick to respond to my email and offered to solve the problem.

I had been using Office 2000 for decades. I didn't want to pay the exorbitant price MS wants for the new Office. So this past Dec I finally decided it was time to upgrade, but didn't want to get in an expensive monthly subscription with MS. Searched around and found License Tom and purchased Office '24. The price was great and the purchase was easy. The set up process had a few hurdles but David from the support team was quick to respond with detailed instructions which did the trick!

Now i need to restore my PC due to some booting issues and David was very helpful to me in that restore process to reinstall Office '24. I highly recommend.
