I've purchased from these folks several times over the years. Every time I've gotten a computer I've come right back to these folks to buy new licenses. Easy experience. Great value.

I accidentally ordered the wrong version, however the team is kind enough to share the correct version with no extra cost.

David was great to work with. I bought my license back in April, used Excel once and didn't need Office again until a few days ago. I went to Office to open Word and I got a message stating I needed a valid key. To make a long story short. David worked with me till we got it up and working again. Great customer service.

I have been very pleased with the service provided by Licensed Tom. I have used them several times. Every contact I’ve had with them has been quickly attended to. I find them to be fair and they provide excellent customer service.

Quick and helpful customer service. I had a problem activating my license and David was very quick to reply. I also had an issue with my hard drive and had to purchase the package again and they gave me a discount since I couldn’t use the codes that were already used on the device.

Great customer service.

So, I buy MS Office 2024 at a steal from Groupon. I need to activate the code. Works great, all is well for about three or four weeks, then it says it was not purchased for institutional or corporate use and needs a new product key. First thing I think, scam.
I was instructed to contact license Tom, absolutely blown away at the lightning quick response time, ability to provide a new product key and make my purchase work again. I was very skeptical, they absolutely exceeded expectations. No worries at all thanks to their team.

I have purchased 3 licenses from License Tom. All 3 were Microsoft Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024 lifetime version. I could not be happier with these guys. First off the price is unbelievable. Believe it. It's real and the license activates and it's 100% legit. 2nd I can be a knucklehead sometimes when it comes to installing stuff like this. The instructions they give are clear, concise and easy to understand. 3rd when i have run into any kind of issue they have answered in a FLASH. Mind you the problems were me not the program or the support team.

All in all i cannot recommend this company and their products enough. If there was 10 stars they would get 10. Buy now and thank me later for steering you in the right direction.

License Tom offers a good selection of software at competitive prices, and the digital delivery is indeed convenient. However, my experience was mixed. After making the purchase, I had to wait longer than expected to receive the license, and the response from customer support wasn't immediate. The issue was eventually resolved, but I would have appreciated faster communication and greater transparency regarding order fulfillment times. Overall, the service works well, but there is room for improvement.
