I have visited this practice at intervals over the last fifteen years for a range of musculoskeletal issues and it has always been a positive and high quality experience. Most recently, I have benefitted from the treatment of Alan Lee, who has been very responsive, person-centred and patient. He has also provided me with helpful exercises, which have made a positive impact. I am very appreciative of his sensitive and skilled approach, as well as my overall experience at this practice.

I have attended LOP and received treatment from David Brown for many years. I have recommended a number of friends, and family members, who have also become regular and long-term patients of David’s. David is extremely skilled, thorough, and knowledgeable. I always receive a consistent, high standard of treatment, and I walk away from my appointment with instant relief, and continued improvement with the issues he has treated. He always puts me at ease, with his warm and welcoming demeanour. I attend regular appointments with David, simply for maintenance; but should a new problem arise, I know David will have the answers! He always goes above and beyond, offering advice and support on exercise, diet, nutrition, supplements, pretty much anything! His personable character, making me feel at ease, plus his calming nature, all contribute to a fantastic treatment. I have visited other Osteopath clinics many years ago, prior to meeting David at Lichfield, and although issues were resolved, I was never as comfortable, confident and able to trust in the process – as I am being treated by David. Having lived with constant TMJ pain in my jaw for years, often low level but some days agonising, I finally got round to doing something about it and I am so glad I did. Within one session, Karen had loosened up muscles around my face and skull, and into my neck so much so that I have felt almost no pain since, the first week after that initial session was a revelation! I have been for a second session today and can already feel my jaw independently trying to relax itself without me consciously trying to unclench it. Wish I had come years ago!

Excellent service from Jayne, who couldn't be more friendly, helpful and supportive, and is a doing sterling job on correcting my neck problem. The office staff are also first class, so it's a resounding thumps-up all round!

After having a stroke type seizure in 2017 I was left with multiple chronic health conditions, poor cognitive function and mobility problems struggling with normal day to day living. I started having treatment with Jayne in February 2024 and she has been a life saver, she is a miracle worker. Although I’m not fully well yet I feel totally different in a very positive way. Every aspect of my health has improved, it’s simply been amazing. I will definitely continue having treatment for as long as is necessary. I do not live local to Lichfield but it is definitely worth the journey. Jayne is a very skilled, compassionate, dedicated, thoughtful and friendly Practitioner with years of experience.

I can not praise these people enough. They are outstanding. I see both Jayne Scratchley and David Brown on an alternative basis. They take away my pain and Most importantly keep me upright "i stoop a lot" and keep me on my feet.

I travel over to Litchfield from Nottingham to visit Jayne.
The practice was recommended to me as an option to address my lower back pain. I have received excellent care and treatment, improving my mobility as well as providing me with some exercises to work on at home.
I would highly recommend Litchfield Osteopathic Practice.

Following a bout of lingering pain and discomfort I decided I couldn't put off seeking help any longer. A phone call to Lichfield Osteopath and I'm now on my journey to recovery. Thank you Jayne.
The service is exceptional; the treatment is thorough from pre examination questions to the most appropriate treatment. After just one treatment I can feel the benefit.

I can't recommend Lichfield Osteopathic Practice highly enough. I wasn't well blessed when they were handing out healthy bodies, so unfortunately I've needed treatment often. There has never been an Osteopath there that I wasn't happy to go to, or who I wouldn't recommend. The reception team are also excellent. Everyone is friendly, caring and professional from the minute you walk through the door.

Facing acute and constant pain in my hip for over a month, and a long wait for an NHS referral, I decided to contact Lichfield Osteopathic Practice. After taking my full medical history, Jayne carried out an assessment and started treating me. She is very friendly and clearly explained the cause of my difficulties. Her approach is holistic, gentle but very effective. The pain is receding and I could manage without painkillers after just the first session. Jayne has also advised stretching exercises for me to do at home. The staff on reception is most friendly and welcoming too.

From the very beginning of my appointment my experience was really good. The team greeted me with a smile and I was given the healthcare questionnaire which I find this really professional since the practitioner gets an idea of your medical history which is very important. Louise greeted me in the room with.a smile and she was very friendly, professional and she gave me a very good massage. She is very professional and she knows how to stretch the muscles properly and relax the client. I left the practice so refreshed, so replenished that I can't recommend enough this practice and especially Louise. She is very good at what she is doing and very professional and friendly. The room temperature was really good, not hot, but also not cold, and I found the music that accompanied the massage very relaxing and soothing. Also the room was very clean and the bed too. I will definitely go back for another massage and I can't recommend enough the practice and Louise for her excellent massage

I first visited Jane because I was having quite debilitating neck and shoulder problems. She has very professionally and expertly assessed the problem and the reasons why I was experiencing this discomfort. Jane combines professionalism and a genuine warmth and friendliness in her practice, and because she really knows what she is doing, my neck and shoulders feel so much better after each appointment. I highly recommend Lichfield Osteopathic practice and shall continue with regular maintenance appointments.

I have been visiting Jayne at the practice to help with vertigo and migraine issues. I am really benefiting from the treatment and would highly recommend this practice.
