I read the reviews prior to ordering and was impressed by the reviews for quality of product and speed of order processing. I placed an order over a week ago and the order still has not processed. The order was paid for upon submission and no contact regarding order or delay.

Haven’t had licorice that delicious since my mom used to have it in our house when I was a kid

Great variety of even better flavors will definitely, will be purchasing more in the future.

I placed an order 7 days ago and it has still not shipped. This was a "get well" gift and the delay screws up with the timing of the person actually recovering. I tried emailing, and then decided to use their customer service chat feature on the 6th day of it not shipping. The CS rep claimed that they had a surge of orders and that she would mark my order as a priority, but it still hasn't shipped. The most frustrating part is that on day 5 (Monday) after placing my order I received a marketing email mentioning that that day was the last day for orders to be placed to be received by Halloween (Friday). I would assume they'd be shipping orders in the order they were received, so if my order was placed last week you'd think I would receive it by Friday, but it still hasn't shipped and it's Wednesday. They shouldn't be advertising last day to place an order for delivery the same week if they can't even get their orders from the previous week out the door. CS was unhelpful and most responses were boilerplate responses about a "surge in orders" and "rest assured that it will be shipped soon". I will not purchase from them or any of their partner sites again.

Every thing was great texture taste flavor good

The taste was wonderful and the shipping didn't take for ever. My wife loves black licorice and it arrived on time for her birthday and it was gone in 2 days. She loved it

The delivery was timely, the product is excellent and I appreciate the latest and greatest updates provided by the company.

I was tentative because the candy was so costly compared to most I would get locally, but I picked up a large sampler kit and LOVED them all! So many flavors and styles. Shared with all my friends and they loved them too!!

Shipment of my 6-pack red sampler arrived on time and as expected. I definitely have a few favorites from this package, as well as one or two that are…just ok and that I wouldn’t order again. I guess that’s the beauty of a sampler.

I’m trying to decide if the overall quality is worth the price, which was an initial reason why I waited so long to try this product.

Fast shipping and when it arrived it tasted really good, especially Sara’s Favorite and strawberry sour is pretty good too. Australian mix was my least favorite.

Ok, so with all due respect this is the best licorice I've ever had. Best candy I can find. The only suggestion I have is to label the flavor of the licorice on the top of the tubes and canisters so it can be easily read instead of having to lift the tube to read the contents especially when you have alot of tunes at a party.

Need to address packaging…I don’t know how long that the package we ordered was in transit but licorice got to warm along the way and was sticky and partially melted , same on the Carmels.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE AUSTRALIAN LICORICE ❤️. Can hardly find it in stores.... All I gotta do now is hit Reorder 😅, black pinwheel and the bomb👍

The candy itself was great, the shipping charges however are a different story, paying the price for the candy itself was a little costly, but worth it for such good quality candy, an additional $10 for shipping such a small item is not something I’ll do again.
